All you can do is have a fake hearing over the phone with a magistrate who apparently rules always in the favor of the government although, as far as I know, I never even got a ruling, yet I get a message every month to give them money after the initial two year notice. Even the attorney didn't understand anything happening. I don't understand how you can have a hearing and never get a verdict, and how they can want the money when a hearing is supposedly pending or whatever they call it. I don't understand anything happening and not a single person there can help you, even if you wait on the phone for three hours to talk someone and they still can't help you and some of them even sympathize with you but even they can't help. All they do is run around in circles never help you enter the workforce, and now all I do is work, and I don't have time to run in these circles with these people. No surprise from Haley and this corrupt government. I've been working since I was 14 paying into unemployment, my jobs were shut down because of the state, and the state they want to finally screw me over, not to mention I was forced to get a stupid Covid vaccine just to go to work. Typical Massachusetts government screws the working person. It wasn't easy, but she stayed calm, clear, and respectful. She held the room together. When I got to the window, the woman who helped me was gracious, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. No friction, no confusion, just clear help, quickly. You never count on easy, but this was. If you need to replace a Social Security card or get a hard copy, this is the office to go to. Space wise in this office isn't really as big just like 9 computers with employees. Some of them are empty and it's depends on how fast each transaction is with each person they are dealing with. I waited like probably less than or almost an hour for mine and the transaction is pretty straight forward so it only took me like 10 mins max and I was able to leave the place. It's been an ok experience so far, other than the violation of my 4th amendment rights (unwarranted search) at the front door. The jury waiting room is pleasant and comfortable, it's nicely appointed, quiet, warm, and separate bathrooms for the jurors. Chairs are comfortable as well and the person greeting us was very nice. Overall it's been a pleasant experience. I dinged them one star for no public WiFi and the virtual strip search at the entrance.
