Upon arriving, the customer service was professional and welcoming! My room was clean and satisfactory. What I appreciated most was, although the hotel was nearly full and my room was near the elevator, it was very quiet. I was able to get a good nights rest during my entire stay. This location has a lot of bonuses. It's in walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Conference Center, Centennial Olympic Park etc. And in addition to the hotels complimentary cocktail hour, there's a Starbucks and Ruth Chris inside which provides excellent alternative drinks, food and snack options!

Then she tried to give us wrong person's reservation that sounded kind of like our name. Then she gave us room with one bed for 1 for one night ( we were family of 5 with reservation for 5 people for 2 night which we told her million times by that point ) . Then she gave us room for 5 but made it for one night . Then she said she fixed for two night ... but guess what next day nobody could find it again !!! And our name changed on TV to another person. We went downstairs and they tried to tell us same story about reservation. We got fed up asked to talk to manager and he finally took care of it. We wasted so much time on this!! We were there for fifa so it was busy for breakfast it was mad house , no forks no bowls half empty food they did their best but they were not prepared for the crowd. Now let's talk about beds ..... they are tinnyyy. I measured it, 4 feet wide is advertised as 2 queen bed ( queen bed is 5 feet wide ) pull out couch was like sleeping on metal strings. Suite room was spacious that's the only plus. Our room was not cleaned after first night , not sure if you have to request it or they just don't clean your room during your stay. Over all it was close to fifa activities and stadium that was the biggest plus . I wouldn't stay there again.

Atrium/restaurant area was lovely atrium and the hallways to the rooms provide a great view of this open area. Elevators are quick and have glass backs, which is very nice. Door can be opened by your phone if you have the app, which is super convenient. Room was very clean. Received texts each day asking how my stay was going and they responded right away to my answers. Room service was quick, hot and delicious. Night light in bathroom was great so I didn't have to blind myself in the middle of the night. Bed was super comfortable, and I liked the outlets and USB ports by the bed as they helped me keep everything charged. Interesting room design. In room microwave and fridge are very convenient, and there is a 24 hour "store" with food, snacks, medicines that is very useful. Available free breakfast and 2 free drinks was also a nice touch. I checked out with the app, but did stop by the front desk to give my keycard and my room service card and that process was super fast with a very friendly man helping me. Cons: Very loud housekeeping staff early in the morning (well, 8am and onward) with lots of slamming and talking loudly. I realize they are super busy and when I briefly spoke to a very nice lady from housekeeping in the hall, she was super friendly. Microwave in my room only worked for about 8-9 second at a time. Probably just needs replacing. Room was a bit dim, even with all lights on and curtains open. Maybe one more lamp would help? Drink vending machines are on every other floor; would be helpful if they were on every floor. In my room, TV was mounted on the wall to the left of the bed, which was a bit awkward. Overall, even with these very small cons, I'd stay again in a heart beat. Great location and nice staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, low price. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Embassy Suites Atlanta many times during our trips to Atlanta, and…read moreuntil this visit, we have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this stay was by far the worst we have ever had. The problems started as soon as we arrived. The associate at the front desk was extremely unapproachable and came across as rude. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she may have been having a bad day. When we returned a few hours later to check in, her attitude had improved somewhat, but the initial interaction left a poor first impression. Once we got to our room, it was extremely hot. We immediately lowered the thermostat, but the room never seemed to cool properly. I then attempted to take a shower and discovered there was no hot water. My husband called the front desk and was told they were working on the issue. We also discovered that the TV remote did not work. Because of the uncomfortable interaction we had already experienced at the front desk, I was hesitant to call again, so we left for dinner and a game. When we returned several hours later, there was still no hot water, and the room temperature remained uncomfortable. The hot water was eventually restored approximately 9-10 hours later, which was certainly appreciated, but by then a large portion of our stay had been affected. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. When I finally went to take a shower, the glass shower door would not stay closed. It continuously slid open, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. As a loyal Hilton customer and Hilton Honors American Express cardholder, I was extremely disappointed by this experience. The lack of hot water for most of the day, the cooling issues, the broken TV remote, the defective shower door, and the poor customer service at arrival made this stay far below the standards I have come to expect from Hilton properties. Given the number and severity of these issues, I believe compensation is warranted and would appreciate consideration for a refund of all, or at minimum a significant portion, of our stay. I hope management will review this experience and take steps to ensure future guests do not encounter the same problems.

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. 1. Front Desk Experience: At check-in, the desk clerk was rude, short-tempered, and visibly irritated by assisting guests. This set an unwelcoming tone for the stay. 2. Room Condition: * The tub had dirty caulking and rust (photos attached). * The air conditioning did not work properly. After being set to 68°F for over two hours, the room only cooled to 73°F (screenshot attached). I called the desk and was told maintenance would come, but no one ever arrived. The room was so uncomfortable that my husband left the bedroom and slept on the sofa. * The overall condition of the room was substandard: broken furniture, missing artwork, and an outdated appearance. 3. Value vs. Cost: For a $244 stay ($300/night after taxes and parking), the experience felt comparable to a budget property rather than an Embassy Suites. The hotel's condition and service did not reflect the standards Hilton is known for. This stay was deeply disappointing, and we will not return to this property. I hope management reviews this feedback and takes steps to address the service and maintenance issues so future guests have a better experience.

During my stay, the overall experience was extremely disappointing across multiple areas of service and operations. The bar staff lacked attentiveness to customers, and the shuttle service was inconsistent and unreliable, creating unnecessary inconvenience. The bar closed early despite signage showing hours until 10 PM, and as a Diamond member, I was not provided a welcome gift or drink vouchers at check-in. I had to return and request them on my second day. The room conditions were equally concerning: a colleague in our group discovered bed bugs (was relocated to another room for the duration of the stay), my room lacked a steamer, had an empty Kleenex dispenser upon arrival, and my key card deactivated on day two. I also experienced repeated maintenance issues in my fifth-floor room, including poor consistent hot water, a clogged tub drain requiring two service visits, and a thermostat that remained stuck at 70°, making it uncomfortable throughout the stay. The amenities and food offerings were subpar, no toothbrushes available for purchase or complimentary use, and the grab-and-go items were of noticeably poor quality, resembling dollar-store snacks. The happy hour and restaurant experience was equally disappointing: the advertised drink and food options didn't match what was actually available, there was no red wine, brown liquor, or beer on tap during happy hour (though they somehow appeared later), and food items ran out quickly with no staff replenishment of small bites, utensils, or plates. To their credit, the breakfast staff were phenomenal, genuinely kind, attentive, and on top of service. Sadly, their efforts were overshadowed by the long list of operational failures elsewhere. This stay was far below Hilton standards and fell short in hospitality, service, and basic quality. I strongly urge management to audit this property and address the issues outlined above. As for me, I'll never stay at this location again.

Has some nice perks like nice gym and inside pool. It's very clean and I was surprised how good the free breakfast was with freshly made omelette, fruits, cereal and coffee was really good, not watery. It's seem to be an older style hotel but recently updated. One evening I order some lemon pepper chicken wings which was so tasty after I found out that this is a foodie item in Atlanta. I would definitely stay again as the hotel suite was huge and comfortable. My only gripe was the free WiFi was little slow so if you need to work might want to have your own hot spot. The hotel is located within a half mile of GA-400, just north of Northpoint Mall. It is in that common satellite area which surrounds your average mall for a half mile in all directions. Entrances are off North Point Drive, which connects to the larger North Point Parkway (which is shown as the hotel's address). Parking is in a private lot surrounding the building. It got crowded at night, but there were still spaces available when we came and went. The layout is rooms surrounding a large open atrium in the center. There are 6 floors, at least 5 of which have rooms (I'm not sure about the ground floor). They appeared to have an indoor pool and a small gym. Our room was quite spacious, with the bedroom separated from a 'living room' type area. The bathroom was outside the bedroom, which was also nice. There was plenty of space to open suitcases. It seemed clean. No oddities with the shower or other facilities. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. There is a self-serve area (bread / cereal / coffee / fruit / yogurt) and some sort of small hot-food counter / line where you go up and ask for sausage, bacon, or possibly an omelet that they make for you. I didn't go through that line. They issue you breakfast cards on check-in, and I think you may have to present those at the hot-food line. Check-in and check-out were quite easy. I'll give them a 5 as there was nothing that inconvenienced me during my one-night stay.
