I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ciafone in November. Days before this appointment their office…read morecalled to cancel my appointment and asked me to call and reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told January would be the earliest available opportunity for me to meet with Dr. Ciafone. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment 15 minutes early so as not to waste the doctor's time and was told they were sorry but I would have to reschedule again because Dr. Ciafone was not in that day. To not even receive a call canceling an appointment rescheduled at their convenience is rude at best and makes one wonder about their concern for their patients or respect for their time.
