The canal days festival was the perfect excuse, and she had some additional flavors available in honor of the festival. I tried the chamomile honey apricot and the iconic cosmic brownie. Both were delicious and had great texture, but the chamomile honey apricot stole the show. Neither cake was too sweet, it was moist, flavorful, and the frosting was the perfect balance to the cake. I went with the white chocolate raspberry bundt. It was good but I would change some things. So first off, I didn't taste the raspberry. They told me that it's baked into the cake and I feel that's a mistake. I tasted a lot more of a vanilla flavor. I mean, the cake was good which is why I gave 3 stars but I would personally insert a raspberry filling into the cake then put some white chocolate curls on top of the frosting. Would also be good to add white chocolate chips into the actual cake as well. That way you have the white chocolate chips and then the raspberry filling and you'd be able to taste both. Baking it into the cake batter doesn't do it for me. And it feels like the lazy way to make a flavor. Tho I could barely even taste any raspberry so....... The price of these is a bit too high for what it is as well. It was $5.75 and I wouldn't charge more than $4 MAX. It's too small of a cake to charge what they do.
