My son got "super thirsty" since it was a hot day and the servers were nice and gave my fiancé a cup of water for him. Unfortunately my other son decided to stick his hands in it and ruin in. I went and asked for another cup of water and they told me they don't serve cups of water and only sell bottled water.... I didn't bother getting it at that point. Any other ice cream place we've been to around town has either a water jug outside or have offered a cup of water, so it was just odd. Anyways, it was good ice cream and I like all the fun stuff they offer.

While customers stood waiting for their coffee, he was drenched in sweat, performing cooldown exercises right in the lobby--hands flat on the floor, legs in the air, squats, jumping--completely oblivious to the people around him. The smell alone was enough to turn your stomach. This isn't a locker room. It's not a sidewalk. It's a place where people come to eat and drink. There was no awareness, no courtesy, no basic respect for shared space. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and frankly shocking to witness in a setting that otherwise prides itself on atmosphere. The bakery deserves praise for its food and environment, but management needs to step in and set clear expectations. Allowing behavior like this diminishes the experience for everyone else.
