They claim that the period starts when they receive the firearm from the out of state seller. This is false. Per the law the waiting period begins from the date you purchased it. Second, they lied again when they told me that days that they aren't open don't count towards the 3 days the law doesn't state that in any way. Finally and worst of all, when I went to up my firearm they weren't even open when their website and their posted business hours said they were. I called them the next day and their excuse was they closed early for a banquet. I asked if they could stay open 15 minutes late so I could pick up my firearm since they closed early the day before without warning and they said no. That is terrible service on top of the lies. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere there are other FFL's in the area that don't treat customers like this.

Nate was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why, and what we should look for and feel for.
