Poor website. Hard to navigate. Where are the gummies? Answers need to be more obvious

I wanted to rate them lower. 6/14. placed curbside order for 2 Clementine Select Briq vape pens at 3:56 pm received order's ready message at 3:59pm had daughter drive me 32 mi rt to pick up order was told my order was sold before it was filled was told they had 2 kinds left and the one Orange Pop was similar to Clementine. I went ahead and bought two. They suck compared to what I'd waited on for weeks. I wasn't told it was a mistake. I wasn't told the vapes were listed online by mistake. I was told that in less than 5 min, my items I had reserved were sold out from under me. What I ended up buying doesn't compare to what I had reserved. With senior discount I paid $145 for something that was recommended by a team member. I was one of the very first customers and I've spent thousands of $$ in the Marion store and this never once happened. I'm beyond livid and I'm done. I'll pay for the gas to go to Rise Effingham where the inventory is huge and I will get what I ordered. To top it off - this dispensary has a crappy inventory compared to surrounding dispensaries. Customer service is not good - especially if you have an issue with anything Consume deactivated my card because I left a not so good review. read more

Came through Marion while traveling and was glad i chose this dispensary. First, online ordering was a breeze, the website layout and search features made it really easy to find what i wanted. They have some pretty good deals throughout the week and an overall really good selection of product types. Once you place your order online you are able to pick a time window to come and pick it up. This whole process was super easy and convenient. The facility has two parking areas a that are easy to navigate and once inside the building it is very inviting and comfortable. All of the staff outside the secured area and inside were all wonderful. I went over the amount of edibles in a single purchase and they worked with me to find other options within the legal purchasing limits. They made sure to go through my order and confirm everything was there while putting it in my bag. Overall a great experience, with very professional staff and great selection! Good spot but yall should really consider closing later on the weekends. Closing at 8:00pm on a Friday and Saturday night is CRAZY at least 9:00pm CMONNNNNN read more

Staff is nice but they make it so stressful to order. The kiosks don't work and neither does the web site. So then your left banging on an iPad that halfway works and can't even talk to anyone about your order before you place it. Ugh read more

subpar marijuana but the judgement you receive when asking about an application is a little sad, was told by counter person to ask front desk to speak with someone about it and when told what I was told the look I received from the one lady was a disgusted look then a lady behind the desk judges by saying ya bring in a paper resume even though I've sent 5 through email no other information no yes there's someone here nothing. sorry I'm no a judgemental person and considering you serve the public you shouldn't be either. I wouldn't recommend coming here to apply barely even for marijuana. read more

Being a recent transplant from Chicago I decided to head to Marion to purchase a few interesting items I hadn't had the pleasure of imbibing in yet. The process was simple, order online first and you will be in and out quickly and smoothly. Not rushed either. Friendly and helpful people everywhere, it was a very pleasant experience all around. I LOVE this place! The people are amazing and so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is cleaner than most restaurants and you don't have to wait! The only thing I would suggest is have your own patience and don't get nasty with the staff if you have to wait 30 seconds for them to help you. I've been there with about 20 other people ordering and have never waited more than 1 minute for help. You're there to get happy, so be happy and slow your roll. First time going can be VERY STRESSFUL, not knowing exactly what your looking for and the attendant really helped me in deciding what I needed and would benefit me considering I'm fighting cancer, (esophageal cancer stage 4 & adrenal glands possibly cancerous) Thank you for all the help and knowledge. I recommend you try this place first before trying other dispensaries because of the selections they have in all categories, the prices are a lot lower than alot of places, and they have a awesome club member you can join to receive special rewards and offers. As a traveler I have gone to many of the dispensaries in the state and have to say that this location is hands down one of the best. Patient Outreach, Olivia White, went above and beyond to help assist me with my medical card. She took initiative and ensured I got to shop that day. I have been a medical patient since April 2019 and as the system improves and things update it is reassuring to know that there is a dispensary still on top of patient needs/care. The deals and specials that remain are awesome in saving cost, but to know the people behind them is even better. Thank you for the comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I believe this openness helps alleviate much of the stigma with marijuana use, as well as, getting the right product. Great place all around! read more

Definitely watch what you walk out with if you can. They will get the orders wrong even if you place it online. I got shorted 3.5. They know they made the mistake however I am out of luck. Too bad it doesn't work the other way around and walk out with too much. But I know they are super careful not to allow that to happen. read more
