My husband told her we had an appointment to which she responded "I know, but these people came in before you got here." My husband asked what the purpose of an appointment was if they took walk in customers knowing they have appointments. She started to get rude so we walked out. The next day we had an issue with a portion of transfer which I needed help with. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. Bottom line is that I engaged 3 different store employees during this transaction. All were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend ABC Wireless
