Then when I informed the management company they wanted me to sign my rights away to stay or get out. So of course I chose to move out. Now they are claiming my 1000.00 deposit saying I caused the Mold in the unit. The unit upstairs had a flood and had renovated twice because of Mold. I guess they are to stupid to understand the laws of water physics. Please do not trust them. They will scam you out of your money.
