I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and as of this writing they have not responded to it. I have also filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. Recording the deed is a basic function of a title and escrow company.

We call almost everyday asking for updates seeking a resolution for our poor living conductions and they'll give you the run-a-around stating that their Agents are on more important calls or whether or not the Technician Companies have sent their quote(s) to them. Either way this is the most unprofessional and utterly sickening display of services we have ever received since moving into our home back in December of last year. We aren't behind on rent fees but we aren't getting the help we've been asking for. The health department is now getting involved because we have had it with all the nonsense!! We just want the Air Ducts repaired and insulation replaced to keep out the heat. We have very young children, this has gone on long enough!

But, RPM has broad shoulders and will take the abuse from owners who don't understand this concept.
