Completely unprofessional, absolute joke of a marketing company. We have been working with this company to help market our new business and they have not delivered any sort of marketing material / content that provided any positive results -- or ANY results for that matter. With all the info we've provided about our business, they've failed in creating any sort of content that relates to what we do. Video content they create is made with stock footage and AI narration. Most of the stock footage and photos they used didn't even related to our business and the services we provide. They make no effort in creating a theme that matches your business's branding. Graphics and designs are worse than if a 12-year-old made it. We've made multiple requests on edits and changes that need to be made and they continue to push out content with those same mistakes. Worst of all, they started uploading on our social accounts with content that wasn't approved. This company is not looking out for your best interest. One of my posts that I personally created gives better results and engagement then anything they've delivered. Avoid this company like the plage. They are scammer after your money. They Don't care about content or their companies image, or reputation. They will offer you refund if you are mot satisfied with thier service. How about I never used their services and still got charged and they refused to give back my any refund for over two years. They used fake names and I spoken to them in Arabic and they work and live in the USA. They will ask you to contact them after on WhatsApp and then you are screwed. I had the worst experience with their services and 3 years later they still call, email, and texting me harassing me for business not having delivered the first time. Don't waste your money. This company have basically scammed me. I have used them before and previously had no issues barring the quality of the work is poor, and almost ai generated. But this time they have been recurring charging me every month for the best part of a year £85/month - to which I never signed any agreement or contract - for blog posts, but I also never received the blog posts. I found out they were recurring charging me every month only when I came to do a tax return, I contacted them and asked what this was and they said I signed up to a recurring service, I didn't, I enquired about it and paid for 1 set of blogs and would let them know if I wanted the recurring service. They decided to start charging me. However I never got any content, I only got a bunch of poorly written blogs when I complained. They agreed to refund me then changed their minds. I am now forced to chargeback every charge. I would never have got the content had I not enquired about the charges I didn't agree to, and I don't want the content. But they refuse to refund me, providing every excuse under the sun which leads me to now believe this company do this on a regular basis to people - it is an outright scam and Content Development Pros are essentially stealing my money. I am charging it back plus I'm going to issue them with a solicitors letter and report them to the authorities for unlawful charges. read more

Stay far, Far away from this company! They talk a Great Game ,,,but once they get your Hard Earned Cash...You are screwed...and with of course No Grease! Yes Indeed! If there was a minus Five Rating I would give it to them! I paid upfront $325.00 for the to do an e-book for me, long story short, the writing was as if a Child was doing the work...Heavy Wreaking Redundancy and when I would edit the drafts which would take me hours , they would change my edits back! They drove me Madd!!! This went on for weeks, I asked for a refund...Guess what? they are send me a whopping $50.00 plus I've lost almost a month dealing with these crooks plus I have a document that I can't even use for toilet paper. Finally. stay away! but if you choose to hire them..well bring lots of grease!!! read more
