I had a ~150 pound package (fragile lab equipment) to send and Steve and Mrs. Jaffe were nothing short of helpful. They were extremely warm and welcoming to every single customer in the store. Mrs. Jaffe was very responsive both on e-mail and phone. I was provided with updates every step along the way and felt like my package was going to be delivered safely and securely the entire time.
