Asked questions and even looked in my ear and everything. Very kind man. Dr. Patel walks in. And he looks so sweet and speaks so soft and gentle. Explained everything thoroughly and even wanted me to record what he saw in my ear and everything. I will be back, but I'm most sad that I didn't ask when my PCP sent the referral for him if he's in my network. Turns out, he's not. They do collect at time of service. Normal. But the bill that came after, that was brutal. The girls up front when I walked up. Said hello and that was it. Short and to the point. Gave her my cards and realized that I was never handed back after I gave them my new patient paperwork. I went a whole day without my license. It was ridiculous. What's worse, I had to call the office to track them down. They didn't think to call me. 0/10 do not recommend staff here. But 10/10 do recommend sweet Dr. Patel
