I went in to have my hearing checked, I am 62, I thought I was losing a step. He ran me through the test, and in the end told me that my hearing was perfect. Prefect for a 62 year old of course. He could have talked me into aids, but he was honest and said I did not need them. He fixed her one broken hearing aid in less than five minutes and provided her with ample information as to why she needs to come back on a regular basis. This cost nothing today. He's very nice and his front desk assistant Ashley is also very nice and helpful. The office is clean and pleasant as well.

My left hearing aid stop working June of this year it went in for repair got my hearing aids back and working fine went back in September nobody told me that my extended warranty was expired and now I come in on my December check up and my left hearing aid is not working. now it's out of warranty and of course they want you to buy a new set of hearing aids maybe I need to find a new place to buy the new set of hearing aides. This recent episode of vertigo was horrible and was almost constant for over 3 weeks. I went to an ENT, medical doctor and Chiropractor and nothing helped. I was miserable. I was given the number for Atlantic Hearing from the Chiropractor so I called. It was the best decision. Not only did they see me the next day, Dr. Hoffman stayed late for me on her birthday! Dr. Hoffman and her assistant were so patient and understanding. After many tests (procedures) moving my head and position, they were able to determine that I definitely had BPPV and the location of the crystals in the ear canals. They did one maneuver, similar to the Epley. I actually felt the crystals move.....And now, I have been vertigo free since June 18th! Thank you all so much!!!

After having several hearing tests performed and after seeing an ENT it seems that my hearing loss was not due to pollen or allergies but rather a gradual decline of my hearing over my life. The loud music and concerts I had attended had caught up with me. It was recommended that I get hearing aids, and I was lucky to have found Ms. Leanne Polhill in Port Orange near where I live. She came highly recommended. When I saw Leanne she re-ran a hearing test to confirm the results of the other 2 hearing tests and said she wanted to make sure my hearing loss and my hearing loss range was being properly pinpointed. I must say that her professionalism and her attention to detail and her expertise were incredible and she made it so effortless for me to choose a hearing aid that was tailored to my specific hearing and my active lifestyle. I went there after being told by another doctor at Premier eye that I had a double eye infection…read moreand that I would probably need almost immediate surgery after being seen by Dr. Grossman. I was told I do not have an eye infection and surgery wasn't necessary just to keep an eye on things. This eye Institute was immaculately clean. They really treated me with the upmost respect and Chelsea did all my pre-examinations explained everything as she went along and then I saw Dr. Grossman, who was extremely nice and understanding about my anxiety and what I had been told the day before and did not put me through any unnecessary testing, but was able to completely reassure me that I did not have an double eye infection. I would highly recommend this office. They got me in almost immediately and gave me reassurance.

The actual cataract surgery was very good. My issue is that I was overcharged significantly and…read moreit's now months later, and I am still waiting for the refund of over $500. My insurance should have been better verified so that I did not spend nearly a $1000 for a procedure that should have cost less than $250. When I returned for the second eye, they were going to charge me again until I explained that I had already overpaid with the first eye. They then applied the overcharge to the second eye. I am still waiting for the remainder to get refunded. My first surgery was April 2, 2026. My second was April 30, 2026. It's now June 17th and it may still be another month before I get the overpayment back.
