Then I said "I just dont see why it has to take 24 hrs when he started looking at the cameras when I was at the facility" she said he has to look at it frame by frame for an 8 hr shift. Then rudely said "well bye". So not only is there a confusion on how many managers there are but it sounds like they also lost someone else's clothes too. They're the ones who lost my family's clothes and acting like I'm being a pain. UPDATE: Over 24 hrs later, they called me. This time it was the male again. Stating he looked through the cameras and my family's clothes weren't missing on their end. THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE! I gave them $73 in weight of clothes and DID NOT get that back! When I asked if I could see the cameras for myself, he replied just as snotty like a child "no" the fact that I had to correct him on his attitude toward me was very sad. I told him they lost my clothes so what are they going to do to make it right amd he suggested to file a police report against them. Everyone here needs to be evaluated again and given a course on customer amd phone etiquette. They think just because they don't have a big fancy job that they don't have to treat customers with respect. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old on the phone. Sad.

The fees were very reasonable and the experience was great from start to finish. I got an appointment within a day and a half; the appointment time window was only 30 min (practically unheard of!); they texted confirming their actual ETA and arrived on schedule; and they were kind, careful, and efficient. They'd already exceeded expectations, but at the end, they volunteered to move some heavy items I wasn't getting ride of into the garage. One grabbed a broom while in the garage and swept fallen leaves and sticks away from the entrance. Another grabbed a hand truck (with permission) and stacked a few bags of compost on it so it would be easier for me to move it around the yard. They were so observant and thoughtful. By the time they left, they'd practically turned into motivational speakers, showing a level of kindness and encouragement that made me genuinely felt cared for. I truly couldn't be happier.

I called ahead and was greeted by a cheerful, professional young lady who gave me clear instructions on how to enter the building. She checked my account and noticed I was paying one of the highest rates in the area and reduced the rate by more than half! She also noted that we have a new driver in our area, so the pickup time is probably earlier than when the last driver had the route. I've been in customer service for more than 40 years and recognize that all jobs are customer service. I was extremely pleased with the service I received today. If this is the standard, I do not need to search for another residential waste removal company.
