I visited this branch yesterday 08/24/22 around 12:00PM,…read more There was a line with more than 10 people at the time and only 1 Person to take care of them, I saw a sign for Business Inquires, and when i approached the lady (assistant branch manager) was just closing so i waited just like the others, The problem was that there were 3 bankers talking to a couple (potential clients) to open up a trust account ! And none of them cared to approach and offer help ! Consequently I asked one of the workers If I could speak to the branch manager and to ask why would they schedule their team in this way ! That is when i was told that the branch is being managed by Mr. Gutierrez, who was at lunch at that time, so I asked for his business card so I can maybe let him and his superior know about this poor management skills and his staff carelessness. (By this time there were 15 people in the line). Right after asking for the business card, the bankers that were talking to the couple split and one of them opened up a register to help people. I did try to contact Mr. Gutierrez as the attached pictures showed and he did call me back stating that he can not provide his supervisor's contact information. Which I understand; However he could have offered to forward my email to his supervisor and make the contact that way. In my opinion Mr. Gutierrez and his team owe each and every single customer both apology and Money for wasting their time just because they don't respect other's time and are just incompetent. And other reviews from this branch shows me that I am right in this case. That's why people don't bank with BOFA.
