After getting several unsuitable candidates for the positions I had, I suggested that perhaps I could pre interview the people she would be sending to my yard. Kristi did not want to allow this. Kristi lost my business with Rand, there were times I was spending close to $100K per year for temporary labor services. From the customer's standpoint there are much better options. I have never dealt with them from the position as an employee. Oh, I almost forgot, after the falling out with Rand, Kristi talked shit about me to one of my coworkers, telling my coworker that I am difficult to work with.

Connie spent 2 hours helping me fix my resume. It looked so much better than it did before. Why would none of the other staffing agencies at least tell me I should work on it? I had several interviews through Rand, however never landed a job. I did send the resume they fixed for me and I got a job. I would not have even had an interview if Connie hadn't fixed my resume. The people at Rand helped me more than they know. It is nice to know they will be there is something happens with my current employer.
