The recruiter "passed the buck" onto the employer by making excuses for not giving applicant pertinent information needed by the employer. Miscommunication by the recruiter jeopardized potential gained employment. The recruiter refused to work out a win-win situation between applicant and employer.

I feel like Josh was the first one that listened and found me an interesting full-time position that was a good fit for what I was looking for. So many other recruiters DO NOT do that.
