When I learned that Miss Dottie used to run the lab school at UMass, I was sold. I feel that people who teach aspiring teachers are up to date on best practices and truly dedicated to the field. We have been very pleased with the school. They have a really great staff to student ratio. There are a lot of interns from UMass, which is very exciting for the children. The class is incredibly diverse, with almost all of the children speaking different languages at home. I would highly recommend it!

Ms Dotty is so thoughtful and purposeful in how she puts together the curriculum, arranges the classroom, and talks with the kids about their developing social and emotional abilities. We really felt that our son was well taken care of here.

It's a mess. There are barely any instructors, and the few that are around change constantly. It feels like they're always firing and hiring, so there's no consistency and no support. I signed up for the full course to get my Class A, and when it came time for hands-on training, they basically handed me a piece of paper and said, "Figure it out." That's not training. You're completely on your own outside. No structure, no guidance, just frustration. I would not recommend getting your CDL here Class A or B at this location. Maybe other branches are better, but this one was a complete waste of time and money..

I went in person and spoke to Debra Varner and she said that would have a test date and did not happen. People forget if they wait too long without practice but they dont care. They talk & talk but do not deliver. Do not spend time & money with this company for your CDL classes because they do not care about you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!!! Watch out everyone for the review written by Allen S. Because it shows that a member of their staff wrote it! Is not like this person described it. Be aware and do your homework before spending your money with this company. The most important part is that they DO NOT CARE about about you.
