Very impressed with receptionist Erica. She was so pleasant and cheerful when I arrived for my early a.m. appointment. Heard her on the phone while I waited my turn.....guess one could say she had a smile in her voice. Also liked Dr. Sereda....very pleasant, professionally approachable, NOT condescending or seemingly rushed as many others in the field of medicine. The "icing on the cake" was....the doctor was on time !! Not an isolated occurrence either as other patients have told me so. Keep up the good work staff at Continuum!! Hoping other doctors/staff will follow your example as patients' time is just as valuable as theirs. read more

It's a very nice comfortable office and the front desk staff are helpful and Dr Dilalla is excellent. However, they won't accept emails, doctors won't even consider renewing any Rx over the phone and they don't answer the phones (am writing this while still on hold...33 minutes so far at 2pm in the afternoon). They are definitely short staffed (or incompetent) in the patient interface department. Think twice before considering this clinic. read more

i was a patient of Dr. Anne Marie Tompsen for over ten years. I found her very quick to bring out the prescription pad. I have struggled with addiction and an eating disorder and many of the meds she suggested aggravated my conditions. I told her years ago that Effexor and Wellbutrin, as well as any ssri's triggered my addiciton and recent studies confirm this. She told me she didn't get paid enough to deal with a patient like me. Last time i checked dr'.s are well paid and should be in the profession to help people who are sick or well. read more

This place is a complete JOKE. To think people actually pay for some sort of improved service is simply incredible. Phone, and you are left holding for a minimum of 10 minutes while they play the "Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed" nonsense. The chiropractor's staff are rude and condescending when you actually do get through. I had lost my card with the next date written on it and the assistant called to lecture me on how she gave me her local and card and whatever, whatever. I ended up cancelling as she was so appallingly discourteous. read more

This place is beyond a joke. Admin is useless and waiting times are made up as they go along; They take forever to answer calls and want money first! Health advice is comical and the place should be shut diwn before they ruin someone's life permanently! read more

I saw Dr. Ng for a physical. He has seen my wife's doctor for many years and I finally went to see…read morehim. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took time to talk to me and didn't push me out the door like other doctors I have seen. The secretaries up front were nice and helped will all the paperwork. He ordered some blood tests. At the follow up appointment he went through all the readings and was very patient in explaining what all the values meant. Dr. Ng made some recommendations (no more bacon - boo) and overall it was a good experience. There is limited underground parking around the side.

This guy has ADD or he's trying to kill me LOL…read more I went to see my regular doctor for two separate issues with my feet. The doctor suspected I had a mild case of gout on my right foot, so he was going to prescribe some meds for that issue. For my left foot, I was in excruciating pain for days after I walked on it for a longer period of time or lifted anything heavy. I could barely walk at all and his solution was sending me to an orthopedist to get a pair of orthotics. He also gave me a prescription for the pain. 3 things wrong with this; 1.- He forgot to give me the prescription for my right foot 2.- Did he hear that I'm not able to walk?, Shouldn't I get an ultrasound to see what might be causing the severe pain? A pair of orthotics is his solution, come on! 3.- He has been my doctor for about 4 years and he has my chart that says in big bold letters, severe allergy to Advil and Aspirin; good thing the pharmacist informed me that the medication he prescribed has those ingredients! This was the 3rd time he has made this mistake. I'd better leave him before he sends me to hospital!

She is rude, she doesn't let you finish, she can yell too. I love my GP but I am strongly considering move to another family doctor to avoid having to deal with this stress. I mean, I am literally avoiding calling my family doctor because of a receptionist. So, unless you can deal with a crazy amount of rudeness I suggest you go to some place else. Before coming to Cross Roads, I had bounced around to various places, sitting for hours in disgusting over-crowded waiting rooms, only to be carted into the tiny unpleasant room where the doctor would see me (to wait some more), and then the doctor would come in and have one foot out the door before even asking me why I had come in in the first place. If you have also had this experience and are tired of it, look no further!! Cross Roads is by far the best walk-in clinic that I have been to ever. As with most places, the wait can be pretty long on most days BUT, here they will let you sign in and then you can come back in an hour or at whatever time they think that a doctor will be able to see you. Their waiting rooms/examination rooms are clean and pleasant. Their doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. And they are also part of a larger medical group that includes women's health/massage therapy etc specialists, which is great if you ever need a referral. Also, after going to Cross Roads regularly for about a year, they let me know when one of their doctors was taking on regular patients. I can now actually make an APPOINTMENT to see a doctor! Hurray!

I got important blood work done which I was waiting desperately for the results. I went to my appointment today and was told they did not have my results 2 weeks later. I found out the were mistakenly sent to his other clinic. I was then told it was "easier for them" if I did a second blood test so they did not need to call the other clinic. They do not pre book appointments nor do email or call reminders for appointments. My early exam was due in April (I knew this but did not have an appointment schedule) Life was busy and I was fine so I booked an appointment for June. The assistant that took my blood pressure lecture me about being due in April and not booking until July and stated that if someone waits 2 years before coming in they discharge them from the practice. Hey lady I was only due in April relax. I reminded her they do not pre book do call/text/email reminders. She said no we don't. I guess because doctors are so in demand these days the office workers can be unprofessional. Dr. Parhar is great though!
