I've been going to Dr. Kelpin sine I was very little. He's always been great

Very impressed with receptionist Erica. She was so pleasant and cheerful when I arrived for my early a.m. appointment. Heard her on the phone while I waited my turn.....guess one could say she had a smile in her voice. Also liked Dr. Sereda....very pleasant, professionally approachable, NOT condescending or seemingly rushed as many others in the field of medicine. The "icing on the cake" was....the doctor was on time !! Not an isolated occurrence either as other patients have told me so. Keep up the good work staff at Continuum!! Hoping other doctors/staff will follow your example as patients' time is just as valuable as theirs. read more

It's a very nice comfortable office and the front desk staff are helpful and Dr Dilalla is excellent. However, they won't accept emails, doctors won't even consider renewing any Rx over the phone and they don't answer the phones (am writing this while still on hold...33 minutes so far at 2pm in the afternoon). They are definitely short staffed (or incompetent) in the patient interface department. Think twice before considering this clinic. read more

i was a patient of Dr. Anne Marie Tompsen for over ten years. I found her very quick to bring out the prescription pad. I have struggled with addiction and an eating disorder and many of the meds she suggested aggravated my conditions. I told her years ago that Effexor and Wellbutrin, as well as any ssri's triggered my addiciton and recent studies confirm this. She told me she didn't get paid enough to deal with a patient like me. Last time i checked dr'.s are well paid and should be in the profession to help people who are sick or well. read more

This place is beyond a joke. Admin is useless and waiting times are made up as they go along; They take forever to answer calls and want money first! Health advice is comical and the place should be shut diwn before they ruin someone's life permanently! read more

This place is a complete JOKE. To think people actually pay for some sort of improved service is simply incredible. Phone, and you are left holding for a minimum of 10 minutes while they play the "Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed" nonsense. The chiropractor's staff are rude and condescending when you actually do get through. I had lost my card with the next date written on it and the assistant called to lecture me on how she gave me her local and card and whatever, whatever. I ended up cancelling as she was so appallingly discourteous. read more
