The owner only cares about making money. Not to mention, the work is subpar and inconsistent. If you get work done, please go to a plastic surgeon with adequate training. I have come out of crafted with over injected cheeks. I have also experienced a lip flip that has given me uneven lips. Not only that, my friend received Botox that gave her a droopy forehead? When she asked for them to correct the mistake, they wanted to charge her for the cosmetic procedure. My biggest complaint is that they do not clearly articulate policy and are unprofessional/ inconsistent in no call no show fees. First I will be clear, my attendance for appointments has always been poor. I have always been charged 50 dollars per cancellation. I have missed at least 10 appointments. I have never had anyone speak with me about this. My last appointment that I no call no showed, I was charged 700 without authorizing the charge or having it explained to me. Following the incident, the receptionist told me it was a "change in policy" while the owner lied and said that this had "always been the policy". The owner is clearly fine with lying to your face and taking zero accountability for her actions. My guess is she is a former beauty industry professional who lack a business degree or proper business ethics training? CHERRY ON THE CAKE: The petty owner blocked me from making reviews on her page, because I told her I would AND rewrote the cancellation policy on their site following my phone call. 0 stars really. OH, and they discriminate against members of minority groups like myself. I have experienced so many rude interactions but continued to go out of laziness. Don't mess with these bigots.
