The worse facial I have ever received. Ended early-No mag light to look at my skin, no steam, no extractions. At the end I mentioned the extractions she said the facial does come with them, but she didn't really see any (um yea you didn't look at my skin) also said they usually do not do them unless it is requested. Aren't they the professional why would I have to ask I have never had to anywhere and have always needed them. Currently looking at all my blackheads now. Also got dermaplane and top lip is still fuzzy. The time before this they forgot to do the LED yet I still got charged for the full service until I called to ask about it. read more

Crafted Aesthetics is a pop up injection clinic that promotes unethical business practices. A customer of 2 years, I recently learned that the owner does not care about her clients. The owner only cares about making money. Not to mention, the work is subpar and inconsistent. If you get work done, please go to a plastic surgeon with adequate training. I have come out of crafted with over injected cheeks. I have also experienced a lip flip that has given me uneven lips. Not only that, my friend received Botox that gave her a droopy forehead? When she asked for them to correct the mistake, they wanted to charge her for the cosmetic procedure. My biggest complaint is that they do not clearly articulate policy and are unprofessional/ inconsistent in no call no show fees. First I will be clear, my attendance for appointments has always been poor. I have always been charged 50 dollars per cancellation. I have missed at least 10 appointments. I have never had anyone speak with me about this. My last appointment that I no call no showed, I was charged 700 without authorizing the charge or having it explained to me. Following the incident, the receptionist told me it was a "change in policy" while the owner lied and said that this had "always been the policy". The owner is clearly fine with lying to your face and taking zero accountability for her actions. My guess is she is a former beauty industry professional who lack a business degree or proper business ethics training? CHERRY ON THE CAKE: The petty owner blocked me from making reviews on her page, because I told her I would AND rewrote the cancellation policy on their site following my phone call. 0 stars really. OH, and they discriminate against members of minority groups like myself. I have experienced so many rude interactions but continued to go out of laziness. Don't mess with these bigots. read more

I recently went to crafted to get a hydro facial and Derma planing. Though originally the experience seemed good, once I looked in the mirror afterwards I quickly realized that there was many places on my face that were missed on the derma planing. This was my first time going to crafted, but not my first time at a spa to receive these kinds of treatments. Though i don't expect perfection, when I'm paying $230-240 each for these basic procedures, I do expect to not have 30% of my face with missed spots (derma planing). The TRULY terrible part of this experience was how my wife was treated. She has been a long time client of crafted and routinely goes in for mixed services. She has been going to crafted since they opened years ago. When we were about to leave this last time she had politely asked for the beautician to touch up a spot she missed with the derma planing, which she did. When we got home in better lighting, she had realized that the beautician missed many spots on her face, and called into a manager to ask for a partial refund/credit. The manager (Hailey) was extremely condescending and rude to my wife. She mentioned that "crafted isn't for you" "you're a liability" "good luck with your skin care" "you need to find a new provider". This conversation (which I was listening to on speaker) was extremely unprofessional. My wife merely called in with a complaint about the services, and was giving feedback on her most recent experience. Hailey was personally insulting in this phone call. What a great manager.... Though crafted is no longer for us, it's ideal clientele are: -Customers who accept low standards of care -Customers who don't give feedback on poor quality services I rarely write reviews of a negative nature, though this experience in Helena was truly mortifying. I pray you never experience such poor quality management resolution and care as we have. read more

Best eyebrow shape and wax ever!!! I am almost never happy with what gets done to my brows. Angela was perfect and very knowledgeable about the other services and general newest procedures and products. Definitely will go back for brows and other treatments very soon. Highly recommend! read more

This place used to be such a nice place to come to. The owner katie and her side kick Hailey are nothing but bullies. They belittle you. When you call to ask a question the first time they are so nice and friendly. They throw in if you have anymore questions or concerns reach out. The next time you call, to ask a question or give feedback on a service performed. They tell you you're a liability and that crafted isn't for you. After dumping tons of money into this company for services provided. They tell you as a long standing customer that you need to find a new provider. I always used to tell everyone I knew to go to crafted. Now I will be telling everyone to stay away. Especially in such a small town. Word travels fast. I've supported this business since day one of opening. It's sad to see a business like this going down the wrong road. I'll be taking my skin care somewhere more deserving with better people skills and customer service. read more
