What can I say about this establishment and the amazing staff that work here that hasn't been said already. At first I was feeling doubt and kinda misleading on how all this stuff really works or not. But in time what they mention and bring to the table is true. Lol although they do failed to mention the emotional connection they provide I don't remember signing up for psychotherapy, but every time I arrive I'm greeted with a warm smile and healthy hello. The times I spend here the rooms are quite peaceful there's smooth music, good AC and a relaxing bed later on I find myself spewing all my problems and emotions to them well Jamie she's the associate that helps me. As I leave they double check if everything is good and correct for the next appointment they even offer me a cup of rejuvenator which they call water lol. When I leave there I feel reborn, reboot, fresh and feeling like new me. If I can do this all over again I will it's a great experience friendly staff and you feel like a new person. 0 STARS THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF I PURCHASED GROUPONS AT $49. For 4 therma treatments and they accused me of no show and cancelled apts that need to be paid as per there polices @ $50. Per meaning I paid for 4 treatments @ $140. And each cancelled appt. Is $50. Wow Well that was taken earlier this year that they claim they have no record of i gave up 2 treatments thats $100 So im total I spent $450.00 on this place and only had 2 hours of treatments when I paid for 12 treatments. Sounds strange right they screwed me. So im short they got a dog in the salon germs!! Right and they have unlicensed people working on you! Watch out and this place is unethical sloppy and oh guess what. After I went there on July 25,2023 and told them to cancel all my appointments and im gona write them up they cut me off of instagram and Facebook. I wonder why ! I went there to receive ultrasonic fat cavitating cellulite reduction. This facility offer additional free treatment for a positive review so you can ignore the positive one. The 1st girl did my consultation, she was extremely pushy about me buying additional packages where I told her multiple times that I haven't heard about the procedure & I wanted to see some result before I purchase additional service and she looked defeated and the next time I went for my appointment, I saw the first girl note on my file which left me shocked . She ended her documentation with "sheeesh" basically she said, I didn't want to make any changes in my lifestyle and I was very non cooperative in a very humiliating way. I have been struggling with depression and weight for decades and when I opened up to get better and experience this type of behavior, this was devastating and I was disgusted to received any further treatment. But it wasn't cheap so I kept my following treatment. I had 4 different people for my 5 sessions, the girls who did my second treatment and the girl who did my third treatment were absolutely adorable and I took a long time to leave the review just because of two of them but the last treatment was done by the 4th different girl and she had an attitude from the beginning which pissed me off. Then at the end she kept telling me to leave a positive review so she can add additional treatment for my 6th and last appointment. I was so irritated that I didn't even keep my last appointment cz I knew they would be so comfortable to make me uncomfortable. I r do not recommend this shitty place but the treatment could be beneficial only for those who are fit and want some tone or want to get rid of stubborn fat. I should mention, they didn't even follow up why I didn't show up for the last appointment. The customer service is wack.And the irony is, the girl who did my consultation and the girl who did my last appointment, both of them are fat.
