Do not hire these people especially Josh Hill he it is very irresponsible and a liar, I gave him the work because he was persistent but once he got the job he never showed up he let one worker and a young kid to do the work he never came, and inspected the work, everything was left on the patio including material that I pay for, that he didn't install,I called him many many times and every time he had an excuse that his daughter was sick that his daughter was in the hospital that he was coming back but he never showed up to complete his work, yes , I was very stupid because I trust people based on my character so, I pay him first, once he got the money he didn't comply , do not hire this people they don't even have a company somebody by the name o or Bernie a contractor solution gives them the information just because they buy the material from him that's very dishonest to me. Do not hire this company, they are not dependable. My contact person was Josh Hill and the whole experience has been a nightmare! Like the review above, he didn't show up as promised, he didn't answer calls or texts. I gave him a deposit on the remodel project and when he didn't even start the job after 2 weeks of excuses (daughter sick, had to pick his daughter up, daughter was in hospital, out of town on another job.........) I asked for my deposit back. It took multiple calls, threats and finally contacting the Sheriff's office threatening legal action to get it back. It was obvious he didn't have it, but after he Knew I was serious about pressing charges, he paid it in multiple cash deliveries. I am embarrassed that I allowed myself to be in this position, can only hope this review and the one above keeps someone else from making the same mistake. Went to a 'Restore' store in Albany, GA today and a truck from the business 'Contractor Solutions' was parked in one of only 2-3 handicapped parking. While 3 handicapped marked cars (including mine) had to park further away from the store. His truck had neither a handicapped license or a placard in the front window. If this is how this guy does business I sure wouldn't hire him. read more
