He answered all of my questions, even phone questions that had nothing to do with the screen repair. The shop was very clean, inviting, and they have a great playlist playing in the background. After he assessed my screen he quoted me and started my repair. I expected that I would need to leave my phone for at least an hour and a half. I was so wrong, he finished in about 30 minutes!
