Thank you for a great experience! We had Steve as our game master who was a great leader and helped us with clues that made us think instead of giving things away. We did Conjurer's Dungeon and escaped with just two people with 4 minutes and change to spare. I've done multiple escape rooms all over and this one will stay in my memory. I've come across some new things that I haven't seen in other rooms yet and that always helps a place stand out for me. This was a fun theme and if I am ever back in the area I will try another room. Also, since we traveled there for work, Steve stayed open later to accommodate our work schedule. Thanks for the great customer service and a great way to end our trip! read more

The owners of Conundrum Escapes have done a great job with their Escape rooms. There are 2 rooms to choose from: Conjurer's Dungeon and Airship Legacy. We chose the Dungeon and had a great time. Since it was supposed to be a dungeon there weren't a lot of big items there which meant you had to search harder for the clues. As with most escape rooms, you can ask for clues from the game master if you get stumped. A really great way to spend time with friends. Looking forward to going back. read more

I'm giving Conundrum 3-stars for a specific reason. The room we played was great. Very creative and well done. Would definitely recommend it. I can't give 5 stars because of the post-room issues. We were there on a Saturday. When we got there the host was great - she had her little girl with her which I guess is okay, but didn't feel as professional as some other rooms - the lobby was sparse with a few fold up tables and chairs. I had brought some Christmas goodies to share with the family and offered some to the host and her girl, which she seemed to appreciate very much. We played the room, and in the course of play, 2 items were damaged. One was part of the 'solution' and one was a red herring. The relevant item was a resin prop - one of our team picked it up and when setting it back down, the item broke. The person was not violent, irresponsible, or negligent in any way. We suspect because it was relevant to the play, and therefor had been modified by the hosts, it had been weakened due to repeat use and simply broke when we were there. The other item broke when another person picked it up, used it exactly as it was designed, and a glass piece fell out and broke. Again, no ill-intent or irresponsible play at all, it simply fell out. I'm not sure it's wise to use props like that - not relevant to the solution, but also have glass in them that can easily fall out and break if a player is examining it, using it as designed, and a part falls out. No glue, screws, or anything to secure the item. So it was unfortunate, that these 2 items broke. After we had left, we received a email saying we were being charged $50 to replace/repair these items. That seemed a bit steep given the nature of the items - which themselves could probably be picked up at a thrift store or discount store for under $10 each. Acknowledging the host might need to modify the relevant piece to work with the solution again, but knowing what was modified, that would also be a near-free and easy modification. So, 5 stars for the room but 1 star for the follow-up and general lack of customer experience, especially after we had also provided snacks to the host and her little girl before the room. We'd like to go back, but we're not sure we will, based on this. read more

Very cool set up and very customer friendly. These escape rooms are popping up all over and many of them default to a bunch of key and lock shortcuts. This one does a great job with several electronically activated devices and such which gives it a more elaborate feel. Recommended. read more

We had so much fun at Conundrum. Our group of 8 booked the Airship Legacy and we were pleasantly surprised. The decor of the room was befitting to the Steampunk theme and the puzzles were challenging but our group was successful in escaping the room. We are already planning our next escape room adventure. read more

I would have given this a 5, but you are paying good money to be a part of the entire experience. My wife and I had a blast, but there is one thing you should be aware of. The owner needs to seperate bigger groups or families from couples. We found ourselves paired with a family of 5 that hogged most of the time and wouldn't listen to our ideas of how to use the clues. Like I said, we both had a good time, but for the money we paid it wasn't fair that a large group took control of a lot. The owner might consider asking smaller groups if they would like to be in a different room. It lost the value for me there, when the idea is really fun and amazing. Call ahead and see if you are going to be put with another group of people first. read more

Called tonight to see if this new venue was open and ended up being a tester! WOW, this sweet little family has really outdone themselves with the clever puzzles. We really enjoyed it and can't wait for them to open their 2nd room so we can return and give it a try. Great night of entertainment for our family. Definitely a fun outing. read more

6 of us went for my birthday. It was wonderful. Some of the clues were tricky. It really made us think. We got out with 23 seconds left. It was amazing! The staff was so nice and inviting. They they even had a happy birthday sign for me. We will be back. read more

Great Time! Took our Girl Scout Troop there - escaped with zero seconds to spare! Had so much fun and would love to go back. We completed the Airship Legacy escape. Challenging puzzles, great clues. Highly recommend and would love to go back again. I am sure the girls are already planning another outing.
