I was lectured by her on how we need to call at a certain time and simply took it. After seeing it was nowhere on the ticket and no signage at the airport I decided to speak to a manager and inform him of the berating she gave. He acknowledged and apologized. Then pulling out to pay to my surprise the same lady who answered the phone was the operator in the booth. Who once she found out want to explain that it was me misunderstanding and she was only trying to explain so I wouldn't have to wait. I literally had to roll my window up until she was ready to give receipt. No one should be treated like this as a customer. Also they have turned off Google reviews so they wont recieve bad reviews.

This is one of the most no-frills cell phone waiting areas I've ever been to. There are plenty of…read moreparking spaces and a few grassy areas if you need to walk your dog. There is no WiFi & no restrooms or port-a-potties & only two trash cans. It's directly across from the air traffic control tower. I guess the no frills nature of the lot makes sense since Will Rogers Airport is a smaller airport. So, if you're just there to sit for a little while and don't want to pay for parking, this place is great. FYI: If you stay in the hourly parking lot at the actual airport for less that 1 hour it's free. That way you can access the bathroom and services and can even meet your arrival in the terminal rather than drive from the cell phone parking lot to the terminal.

But they don't refund any of days you leave early. My lease started 1st of month, I called on 15th to see what I had to do terminate, was told I needed to give 30 day notice. So on 15th I gave 30 day notice, and vacated by 15th of next month. But was charged for entire month anyway. Wish they would have told me this, would have just stayed until end of month.
