I've been going there for years but that changes as of today. About 20 minutes before they close, I saw that it was open so pulled around the back like I've always done. Waited for them to come greet me like they've always done, only for them to close up shop, pull down and close bay doors and turn off the open sign. Leaving me sitting and waiting. All they had to do was say you mind if we close early?? That'd been ok but to just say nothing is rude and not good for business. THEN today, I get there 20 minutes before they open because I knew it'd be busy today due to this weather. Second in line and wait till 10 o'clock for them to open. Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents. read more

This is my favorite place to get my car cleaned in Oklahoma City. Service is always exceptional and the quality of work is superb. I recommend going on a "off day "as they do get pretty busy on the weekends. If you don't want to wait make sure you arrange a ride and they can call you when they're done. Not open today at 4:15, with no notice on their FB page that they're closed today or closing early. Not sure why companies can't be open during their stated hours or be responsible enough to do the right thing and either stay open until you're supposed to close or put a sign on the door explaining why or communicate somewhere that they're not going to be open (which they seem to do at times, but apparently not consistently). read more

I usually go through a drive-thru car wash place but I started noticing scuffs on my windows so I decided to visit riteon on a whim. Now I don't trust anyone else to wash my car. They're incredibly attentive. Your car will be washed thoroughly! I like getting the interior vacuumed as well. They wipe down everything and do it efficiently with a team of people. I never have to wait more than an hour for the full service. They have benches outside and a small waiting room, which is great for when it's cold outside. Some days when the weather is bad, make sure to call ahead to see if they're open. I also just call sometimes to make sure there won't be a long wait. I think the staff working there are wonderful and are really nice. Someone who loves cars asked me where I got my car washed because some easily ignored spots were cleaned. Honestly I never noticed but I love Riteon even more now. And the prices are excellent! If you live in OKC, you know the port loam blows everywhere and it's nice to have a reliable car wash place to help you clean it off your car! read more

My one complaint is if I pay for a hand wash/dry, I don't like driving off and then seeing water spots from mirrors after I get back out of car. Excellent job today on my daughter in laws (DIL's) Hyundai! This is my second visit to Riteon carwash, as I always take my DIL's car for a good scrub when I come visit from Washington! They do a good job with the package I buy. The owner did recommend a detail in order to get the car clean. I declined, and just asked for the regular VIP $45 hand wash. My car is so clean and shiny. So glad I came here for a hand wash. I can see why it's so popular. They cleaned everything! Downside - it was a 2 hour wait since there were other cars ahead of me. The woman who greeted me was super nice and apologetic that the wait was so long. She said Friday and weekends are their busiest time. She took my phone number and said she'd call me if I decided to leave and not wait for my car. But I decided to wait since they had a waiting area with AC and bathroom. If I could give zero stars, I would. No mask wearing at all inside by employees or people waiting on their vehicles. I walked in and said I was wanting a car detail and was ignored by the employees completely. I waited two minutes and it was like I was invisible, so I left. Went without an appointment to get my car washed. I opted for the VIP package for $45 and was pleased with the result. They took their time and cared for my beetle with expertise & love. Every nook and cranny was washed, dried, and beautified. Being my car is a soft top convertible, I can't just ise ANY old car wash, but these folks hand wash and are professionals! My Fiancé was thoughtful and loving enough to surprise me with a special purchase of a detail for my 2010 Cadillac DTS for my 76th Birthday. It was the best detail work I have ever seen. I was sincerely stunned by the quality of their work. The car looks "brand new" and has a "show room-like" quality. They cleaned places I couldn't even get to, returned cash money in paper and coins, to me that was stuck in the console between the seats, and they took obvious pride in their work. Andy was even able to have one of his worker's named, "Dong," drive me carefully home, and even later in the afternoon picked me up, to save me time and money. My car is now sparkling clean, and I think they gave us a good value for the cost. I am certainly thankful for their work and grateful to my loving Fiancé for such a thoughtful gift. read more

We used to bring all our cars here for the detail. Today I brought a truck, said full detail, wax and specifically no swirls. Paid $120. Brought directly home which is near. Put it in the garage. When my boyfriend came from work he was amazed how terribly they did their job. Not only it was covered in swirls, but also grease. We never experienced such horrible job in this location. i'm pretty impressed with this place. I showed up I showed up on late afternoon or early evening and they were closing earlier that day and I was not happy. They asked me to come back and promised that they would give me a deal because of that. I talked to them for a bit and decided to make an appointment I have my car detail detailed. I told them I was not interested in a discount I just wanted a good job. As it turned out they did a very good job. Only problem as they're so busy it's hard to get an appointment. Highly recommended for those who cringe at the thought of an automated car wash brushes that scratch your paint and creates swirl marks. Very reasonable price and high attention to detail. The basic wash only takes about 15 minutes and your on you way. Will be back! read more
