Inside the station, the interior was stunning, with artifacts on the high ceiling, marble walls and lots of space for passengers to sit. There was a small cafe and gift shop in the station. We had couple of luggages that the staff carried from the train to the baggage pick up. We had them handed over to us within five minutes. Once we stepped outside, the historical building looked old and had signs of aging. It also had a huge clock tower The waiting area was also little shady. But we debarked and left the station without any issues.

I easily got from the Airport to my hotel downtown for $2.50, as compared to a $45.00 cab ride. It was almost just as fast as it was smart to save that money and take the train. It was literally a non-issue ride and I was there in about 30 minutes. Another day we took the train over to Widmer Brewing Company. It was easy to find a schedule, this station and get over there. Last time we also took a cab, so the train was fun and we had a great day.

I have been riding TriMet frequently since 5/2019 and this station is no exception because I would often walk around the waterfront near the Yamhill district as a way to keep my mind off of my ex and the person she dumped me for. This station is a bit finicky because the design is tough but it is overall safe because TriMet PD and TSS (TriMet Security services) are often around here so I don't have to fear any bad people including the guy my ex dumped me for. There's also a lack of places to sit because if you don't like perch seats this is not for you. Overall because this station is frequently used, the trains that come here are not often delayed and if you need to go somewhere quick the trams come just in time. Drawback: some drivers would pause here so please be prepared to wait.

Each station has a ticket machine, which were all down for some reason the weekend we were there, but you can always tap to pay with your phone when you get on. It's an honor system. We tried our best to abide by the rules, but as with most of these kind of public transit, a lot of people don't unfortunately. According to their system map, they have three different lines. Two lines cross the river to the East side of Portland while the other goes from North to South of Portland. The ride was like $2 valid for 2.5 hours.

today I went to a community event an the Authorized person paid for me and others Cabs to get there…read moreand back when I called for my return home the first which was a female dispatcher no problem everything was fine can on the way It took a wrong turn when I called back to just to make sure that the cab driver knew to call me when they arrived so I can come out and this very anger man dispatcher tried to convince I was lying about the return ride back home So had I politely told him I just spoke to someone who did book my ride back he told me I didn't have a ride coming for me I told him that I just spoke to a young lady who did book my ride I just wanna make sure that the driver knows to call me when he arrives This man tries to convince me I was lying I didn't have a ride coming he said in a nasty attitude i tried to give him correct spelling of my name because i had just spoke to a female dispatcher so i gave him the correct spelling and address he read it back in a angry tone he said I see we picked you up and that I need to change my tone I'm at an event with lots of people around and there was no need for me to have an attitude or have a tone until he was so nasty to me I just want him to stop being disrespectful so he end the call when I asked where is the ladi that booked my ride he then yelled at me telling me I DONT KNOW LADY (not Mrs. Patterson or ma'am ) that I didn't have a return ride I needed to get in contact with the person who authorized my ride because he didn't see and he wasn't booking me a ride on someone Else's dime and hung up in my face That comment He wasn't gonna put my ride on somebody else's dime almost had me in tears when he hung up I was about to call the person who booked the cab for me but my Radio Cab Driver called me he was there to pick me up I called back to Radio cab to speak to a supervisor However The Dispatcher who actually booked my return ride I was trying so hard not to cry I wanted to tell how I was treated By that man I Hope that all the calls are monitored and recorded so the can listen to how he spoke to me she told it was hard for her to find at first when I initially called however I didn't know that she actually did her job without being mean she actually looked for it and found it that man is a monster talking to me or any other woman like that thank goodness for the original Dispatcher for listening changing energy and stopping me from crying it was embarrassing to be spoke to like that by a man I don't care if nobody heard it he's a horrible human being I will take the bus from now on this will never happen again over a grown man not liking his job

Now keep turning until you've turned your back on Brooks Brothers and are now visually exploring the Boys Fort window (along with an in-house florist). You'll be able to pick up some beautiful handcrafted items for yourself or as gifts for friends or family. You will need to walk a few feet to Petersons on Morrison and pick up snacks, drinks, or cigarettes to keep you going on the MAX train westbound. The final stop on our tour is a swimsuit (and lots of other swim items) shop where you can suit up and swim out. See what I mean? You need never be bored again while standing at this stop. Yay!! I started at the South Waterfront/SW Moody Station (part of the City Center). I recently used TriMet for travel around Portland (to Hillsboro and Beaverton), and overall, it was a good and convenient experience. REMINDER: To "tap" at each green station pole before boarding. Each station features a ticket booth where you can easily purchase a transit card or add funds to your app. The$3 card pass gives you 2.5 hours of unlimited use. The process quick but I don't like tickets need to purchase one per transaction. I was also was surprised by the visible presence of Portland Police (or Transit Security ) on board during certain rides, which added a sense of security and safety while traveling. The trains were clean and well-maintained. The station benches also very clean. Additionally, the train schedules were clearly posted on the marquee, making it easy to know when to expect the next departure. Along the way, I got to enjoy beautiful views of Portland's parks and bridges as we made our way to various destinations. Needless to say, in 3 hours I crammed a lot of suggestions of "hot spots" to explore each day!!!
