I have now shopped in both of them and found items in both that were useful to me. The prices are always good and the service is always friendly in the stores. I am greeted every time. I enter the store and thanked when I leave. The stores appear to be quite clean and they have good signage throughout. All of their locations so far have been sent in areas with large parking lots with accessible spaces near the entrance. If you're looking for discounts, I'm pretty much anything. The first garment was a body shaper which ripped after wearing it two times. When I called the store she advised that I purchased the XS and I should have purchased a large. I am 5'4 and weight 120 lbs. If I am a large, I'm not sure what someone would have to weigh in order to be an XS. 100 Ibs? In which case, they would NOT need a shaper! The second garment was a waist shaper. It was a size medium. After wearing it a couple of times I noticed that the metal boning was pointing out of the bottom of the seam. Sure enough a few weeks later it worked itself out of the seam. When I spoke to Sandra about this she said that I had misused the garment. When I asked her what 'misusing' the garment meant, she said 'I don't know'. I have never put the garment in the dryer and have only worn it a few times. Sandra refused to even fix the garments for me. I now have two garments that are completely unusable. Buy your garments elsewhere! Sandra's customer service and commitment to her product are seriously lacking. I did purchase an Ann Chery shaper online and it was cheaper and I have not had any problems with it as of yet.

They have some racks with sale and larger discounts and are conveniently located next to a beer house and a Venezuelan restaurant so you could always partake after you do some shopping. Only negative on my end would be the stores temperature felt a little want but it could just be me, the store had a nice scent and was perfectly lighted. I was asked to leave, saying I couldn't shop, because someone I know works there didn't have their physical results of their COVID-19 test (negative by the way, just waiting for the paper in the snail mail) as I'm associated with that person. So other customers can shop without the store knowing if they are positive or not but can enter with a mask on. I don't see the logic here. The mask is intended to prevent the spread of droplets out or in therefore I was protecting myself and those around including with social distancing. This is a damn shame! I know we are living in a difficult situation but bottom line, I had my mask on still keeping my germs to myself and sanitized my hands upon entering the store. I am no different than some other customer who enters wearing a mask regardless if COVID-19 was positive or negative.
