What made this experience even worse is that my toddler daughter was present, and Stephanie's behavior made her feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. No child--or customer--deserves to be treated this way for asking a polite, simple question. Customer service should be about respect and support, not condescension and attitude--especially from a manager. It's unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire store. I will be reaching out to the regional manager to report this incident and seek a proper resolution. I hope this situation is addressed so that no other family has to go through what we experienced.

We were all pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this location. The Nike outlet near me in West Palm Beach isn't always the best, but this store had a great selection. Even my high school senior son, who can be picky, found plenty he liked. He ended up buying T-shirts, shorts, and a pair of sneakers. I even bought the same sneakers as him--his idea, and it was a fun mother-son moment! The prices were excellent, especially with the additional sales they were running on many items. We accidentally bought the wrong size shorts for my son and returned the next day. The exchange was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. I also liked that they carried Nike x SKIMS products, including running bras, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. I know that some people didn't love this location so I gather it depends on the day, time and time of year that you go!

They are located next to a closed down real estate and a Ross department store. The store once you enter has the register on the left several shelves along the walls in the front and the back. There are several walk-through aisles on both sides of the store with bench and walls of mirrors in the middle. The sales racks are in the back of the store and with the bathrooms. The store has one side with woman shoes the other side with men's and the back towards the sale racks with children's shoes. The have a very large clearance area with everything from high heels to crocs, and Nikes. The discounts are great here. The sizes and array of colors are good. At the front registers you can buy socks, jibbitz for your crocs, shoelaces and napsacs. There is usually a good sale on the jibbitz with buy one great one 50% off. Why no 5 stars? not a lot of sales employees around to help expect for when they are talking to each other. They are friendly when they notice you come into the store. Lines do tend to get taken care of quickly as long as the other employees are not in the back of the store.

Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job.
