From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, kind, and reassuring. In the chair, Dr. Martin showed such compassion and patience that I've never experienced at any dentist before. Her bedside manner is incredible. You can feel her genuine passion for her work and her care for her patients. I was especially nervous about the needle, since it has always been a huge fear for me. But I honestly didn't feel a thing. I was blown away. For the first time in my life, I left a dental appointment not in tears of fear, but tears of relief and gratitude. The front desk staff has always been the best welcoming group even in a dental office. They are helpful with the current appointment and the next appointment explaining what will be planned for the day and the next on the way out. Dr. Gosalia is always helpful and focused on the comfort and explaining what to expect. He describes in detail what to expect to prepare for. Caylee, his assistant could just as well be his partner. They are accustomed to working together as well as knowing what the next step will be. Last year both cleanings they have come up with something wrong and having out of network insurance, they charge way too much. Every other dentist I have been too maybe, once a year I have a cavity. Being new to the Chicago area I was nervous as I did not have a dentist yet. I had to scramble Friday morning to find someone. Also, It was right before a holiday weekend so I knew all dentists would be busy and backed up with previous appointments. I called Sheila from Sikora & Associates. Sheila was awesome! She took my insurance and worked her magic to get me in. Extremely friendly and understanding person. Once I was in the office, Emelly took my xrays. Emelly was sweet, caring and professional. Even though I inconvenienced them, they all treated me like a long time patient. The dentist I saw was named Chris Matesi. I was very happy with the work he did and the help from Sheila and Emelly. This place is awesome. I have already scheduled a time to go back. Good office.
