He was able to come out the same day. He then arrived on time, inspected the damaged area and the entire roof and told me that my roof is still great and that he could get the damaged area patched up the same day. The price he quoted me was almost unfair, to him. Outside of his super reasonable pricing, I also detected honest feedback and passion to his work. I had a few more companies lined up that afternoon originally, I ended up not needing them to come out after I spoke to Bret. I am going to have to redo almost everything that they did. They simply do not care. Everyone you talk to is an "owner" yet not one of them takes responsibility for their poor work and service. One of them kept saying how beautiful my new porch was. First of all it isn't a porch, it is a patio cover. She had never stepped foot on my property, so she had NO clue what it looked like. I asked how long it would take to COMPLETE the job before they started, meaning everything. I have it in writing where it would be 2 to 5 days. When I brought that up, they wanted to argue and say that is not what they meant. It took a month and it is still not complete. Horrible company and even more horrible employees. They subcontract everything out and do not followup on a darn thing. They came onto my property without my permission taking pictures. They knew I was home because my car was in the driveway. I cannot stress enough how absolutely awful this people are! If you like incomplete work, rude people and unprofessional attitudes, then they are your company.
