He was our advocate and I could genuinely tell he wanted to help us. Joe is professional, responsive, and an excellent communicator and always kept me in the loop with the entire process. My new roof was put on today and I am thrilled. It looks great and I no longer have to worry about water leaking into our home when it rains! My roof was scheduled and installed within the same week. Joe's team was punctual, efficient, and very clean. My old roof was removed and the new one was installed in 4 hours! It was amazing! i am rejecting this response because:…read more david moore with grayson county roofing quoted the job to repair the roof. he promised me it would no longer leak. he also guaranteed his work. hes saying the roof has been leaking for years. this is another lie from david moore. if you have reviewed the texts and messages i uploaded he promised to come back out and repair the leaks. he never came back out. he lied again. this seems to be commonplace for david moore. i am taking him to court and suing him and his company for not repairing his failed work after just a couple months it started leaking again. he stated to me and my son and my mother also his website says he guarantees his work. i would suggest bbb thoroughly investigates this individual for deceptive practices. i request bbb to hold him responsible for this negligence. i have also emailed bbb with all the messages and texts between myself and david moore. i paid him over 2400$ to repair the roof and he said he would come back out and fix the leak and then he never showed up and stopped answering my calls and texts. very unprofessional and i strongly urge bbb to discontinue doing business with a liar and with his deceptive practices i am astonished you represent him at all. there is now further damage to my home because of him. he is directly responsible for this from the beginning. please review all the texts and messages i sent your company. regards and i await your response. cindy ellis

Terrible Experience with Texoma Roofing This was by far the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with a roofing company. I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.

Overall, I cannot say that I would recommend this company to a friend. Although initial…read morecommunication was great, the company had to make several visits to my home in order to complete the job to my satisfaction. I spoke with Ben at AM Gutters and scheduled an estimate for December 10th. He texted the morning of the 10th to ask if we could reschedule for Wednesday the 11th, I told him no problem and ended up getting an estimate on the 11th for which I signed a contract. I was told that his crew would come out to install the gutters on December 18th. On December 18th, the crew still had not shown up by 3 pm that afternoon. I texted Ben and he let me know that they were on their way. When they showed up, the vehicle had the name and phone number of another gutter company which concerned me. I called Ben and he reassured me that these individuals were not subcontractors, that they were part of his crew. Because of their late arrival, the gutters were not finished that evening and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. The crew did return on December 19th to finish the job and Ben sent me a text stating that he had inspected everything and that it looked great. Since I had arrived home late that evening I did not look at the gutters until the next morning, December 20th. When I went to inspect everything, I noticed that the downspouts of the gutters were all at different heights, and that some of the gutters were draining directly next to the foundation. My understanding is that gutters are supposed to divert the rain water away from the foundation to avoid shifting of the foundation, so gutters that dump rain right next to my foundation were unacceptable. Also the fact that the downspouts were all various lengths looked unprofessional. I had also paid for screens to be installed on the gutters so that leaves would not accumulate in the gutters. When inspecting the screens, I noticed that there were a couple of gaps between screens that were installed, totally defeating the purpose of the screen. I contacted Ben on December 20th via text message and sent him photos of the things that I would like corrected. On December 30th, a different individual, in a completely different vehicle with yet another gutter company name and phone number on the side, came to inspect the gutters and see what corrections needed to be made. This same individual then returned on December 31st and finished the job satisfactorily. I feel that this company does use subcontractors to complete their gutter jobs, or at least several different crews, and the quality of workmanship depends on which crew you get. I have included photos of the different vehicles that showed up to my house, and the downspouts of various lengths. In the end I am happy with my gutters, but the whole process was frustrating.
