Flowers were late and some didn't show up…read more Made an appointment 8 months in advance and they assured me everything would be my colors, delivered, and way under my budget. 2 weeks before, I add on 2 baskets and provide a paper printout of the entire order to ensure clarity and have delivery before noon on the first page. 2 days before I get a text asking if the sparse bright red and green (my colors are wine and sage) bouquet works for me. I explain it doesn't look like the pictures I gave and she said oh well they'll try for an up charge. Night before my wedding I get a text asking when I'll pick them up....she then says no problem they'll deliver. Day of my wedding I get a call at NOON saying they tried to deliver them to the stables in Evans but there's no wedding there today...I got married at a private family cabin. So they ask the LATEST they can get them to me and I said 2. They finally showed up and the 45 sprigs of baby's breath for the bud vases are nowhere to be found. I will say although the wrong colors, the arrangements that showed up were nice. A week later they call for payment (over double the quote) and I explain the horror show they provided. The woman on the phone started with "well next time" which sorry, but my wedding was a one time deal. Then accused the person who helped set up my flowers of not seeing or doing something else with the baby's breath. Said "well we thought it was at the stables" and "you should have told us before 2 and we would have brought them earlier." I had a wonderful wedding regardless, but do NOT recommend any bride or person use these incompetent people...

My Bf's mom lives in WV, (we are located in California) and Francis Florist is one of a few closest to them. This past Christmas, I pushed ordering until a few days before, and when I did finally order, they're delivery service would not be able to deliver until after the new year. So, I decided to go ahead and order the arrangements and scheduled uber to pick up the delivery (all on 12/24). With uber scheduled, and the arrangements being made, everything was good. Until about 2 minutes before noon (the shop was closing early for Christmas Eve), uber gets back to me saying no one was available and to try again later. Needless to say, I was now trying to book again with uber, and again it would come back with no one available and to try again later. Finally after an hour of not being able to get it picked up, I figured Francis Florist went ahead and saved the arrangement, and I would try again the day after Christmas to call uber to pick them up and finally deliver them. Well, I got a surprise when I received a picture message from my BF's mom with a picture of the arrangements we ordered on her dining table. FRANCIS FLORIST went ahead and delivered the arrangements. That was such a surprise for US and way above and beyond their obligation of making the arrangements, that I had to come on and write this review. Since I have lived in the Los Angeles, CA, area for almost 10 years but have family members back in…read moremy home state of WV, I have utilized Art's Flower & Gift Shop online and over the phone to ensure any flower arrangement orders I have chosen could be made on short notice, whether it has been for Mother's Day, birthdays, get-well, or other occasions. The various staff members that I have spoken to on the phone have always been very kind and straight forward with me regarding which flowers are in season, whether or not they have certain flowers in stock due to high demand or if they would be able to deliver last minute orders on time. They have come through for me every single time. They were even willing to make a special arrangement that was not shown on any of the main floral websites because a relative of mine was sick and I knew she loved specific flowers but none of the arrangements shown online offered all of those flowers together. So the staff member and/or florist made a special order for me once I explained how and why I wanted a specific arrangement. They were very professional, kind, courteous, understanding and accommodating. They also didn't charge extra for the special arrangement I requested. Once the flowers were delivered, I was able to see the arrangement when my family member sent me a photo. I was so happy that they made sure to make and deliver my order just as I requested. My family member loved that all of her favorite flowers were arranged together in such a beautiful way. There has only been one time when the flowers I ordered were accidentally delivered to another customer. But it was Mother's Day and I could understand how a mistake could have been made when there were probably hundreds of other orders to be delivered. As soon as my relative sent me a photo of what was delivered to her and I recognized that what she received was not what I had ordered, I called the store and informed them of the mistake but I also let them know that I understood how busy they were and mistakes could be made. They were very professional and immediately apologized, remade what I had ordered and still had it delivered on time to my family member. I would highly recommend Art's Flowers to anyone wanting to send their loved ones flower arrangements, gift baskets or any other type of product they offer.

I found Floral Fashions and they were exactly what I was looking for! I told them the occasion and they suggested several options over the phone. They offer both silk and fresh flowers. I called 20 mins before closing and They were able to deliver a gorgeous arrangement to my friends within the hour! They even said that if they weren't home they would try again tomorrow because it was too cold to leave the flowers out...you don't get that with big box flower companies! The best part was that they are so local, they knew my friends address without me having to dig for it! The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality product and level of service provided.
