Took my Honda generator to the shop because it suddenly quit running. I bought the generator there…read moreand I always wanted them to do the maintenance thinking this would make it more reliable. So we take it there and they diagnose the problem. Its a blown fuse to the fuel pump. They call a few days layer saying it's the auto idle switch. Then they call a few days later and say the generator is overcharging. All the while they're supposed to be fixing this stuff. We had asked them to service it while it was there. Being a generator its sits alot with little use except when the power is out. So they keep it for two weeks. They call and say its ready and the charge is $550 dollars. Said it would be another $1000 to fix the overcharging issue. When we get there two hours later, they try to add two more hours of maintenance at $100 an hour. They also say the part to repair the overcharging was now $600 instead of $1000. We said no thanks on anymore work. We should have fussed more about the additional shop charges but they did take one hour off. When we get home we discover they didn't repair the auto idle switch. They just wired around it. Drained all my fresh gas out. Left the battery isolation switch on and ran my new battery down. I've spent alot of money at this place in the past. It seems to me that I got gouged based on the work that was (or wasn't) performed. I'm sure they have an excuse and no, I haven't called to complain. I'll just take my business elsewhere in the future. I would encourage others to do the same.

Jason the owner of CDL/ LD truck repair a company I called Tuesday 3/29/2022 to do repairs on my…read moretruck in Hammond Louisiana where my fan hub went out on my truck failed to show up when he said he would had me sitting up waiting on him until midnight and he was a no show I again called him Wednesday morning 3/30/2022 to see if he could still fix my truck he said he had someone on the way the boy he sent called me almost an hour later to tell me he was leaving to head my way I decided then to let Petro do the work on my truck because the guys at LD/ CDL truck repair are total failures while Petro was working on my truck the boy text me and told me he had a wheel seal to go out on the service truck I'm glad I had Petro working on it because I'd never got it finished with the guys at LD/CDL truck repair doing the work. Petro finished the repairs and I left so I could get my load delivered. Jason's worthless handyman called me to ask where I was parked I told him I had already left and the repairs were already done on my truck then Jason the owner of LD/CDL truck repair sent me a very ugly text I called him and ask what his problem was he (Jason) then started threatening to kill me for not letting him do the work and for not telling him that I had already had my repairs done I didn't feel like I owed him any common cirdecy to inform him of that because his company had already failed me twice then he ( Jason) told me he had my home address and that he would come to my home to kill me I told him I wasn't going to be at home until April 11th that my wife is would take care of things accordingly because Florida has the stand your ground law the he ( Jason) told me that my wife had better sleep lightly for her own sake. So he (Jason) not only threatened my life but my wife's also, then he (Jason) contacted the company I'm leased to getting them involved in the matter also lying to them about the situation. I was informed by the police department where I was located at the time of Jason making his threats towards me and my wife to file a police report in my home town on this matter then take a warrant out on him for making terrorists threats against me and for my wife to do the same thing so see the $250.00 he was screaming about is going to cost him alot more and I will not tolerate being threatened by someone for no reason, it's time for people to wake up and realize it is highly against the law in every state in the United States to threaten to kill or do bodily harm to someone verbally or in writing and it doesn't matter if it's on the phone or in person and I will be pursuing this all the way to the end to make sure another truck driver/ Owner operator never had to endure what I had to from the owner (Jason) of LD/ CDL truck repair in the future. It's 5/1/2022 Jason the owner of CDL/LD truck repair is texting me making threats he (Jason) even sent me my wife's name how he knows that I don't know but Jason the owner of CDL/LD truck repair found out my my wife's name now he's pissed off about this review I've posted on here and his Google website letting everyone be aware of him for their safety and how unprofessional he is Jason is an unstable person and not safe for anyone to be around as far as I'm concerned.
