They bumped me to the head of the line since I was without air conditioning, showed up on time, measured my home to ensure I was buying a properly sized unit. Unit arrived the next morning and they had it installed and the site cleaned up by 2 p.m. Outstanding, knowledgeable crew. Showed me how to set up my fancy wi-fi Honeywell thermostat, and they even registered my system. These people know their stuff! As far as the American Standard system performs, my last electric bill was $106, which was during a very hot summer. I'm happy with that! So I think the extra quality and efficiency translates to a great value.
