These folks are life savers. We are here staying at Fairfield for work our truck was broken into back window broke out items stole. I can't really yelp about the quality of work this place does because they never bothered to do it. A few months ago, I called to get someone to come out to reglaze the windows on the facade of my motel. I was given the distinct impression that I was inconveniencing the lady I was speaking to. Her answeres were short and curt as if she had something else she'd rather be doing and God forbid someone should call and ask for work to be done. She said it would be 75.00 shop to shop as if driving all the way out of Klamath to my motel was a huge deal to her. (It's 15 whole miles away) I said fine and then she said they would call when they were able to schedule someone. Obviously, my phone call was so important that she filed my request in the round filing cabinet. I was never called and now Basin Glass in doing the reglazing work on my facad. We were on day 4 of a 3 week camping trip when a truck threw a rock into our RV windshield. Cook's did a fantastic job replacing our Sprinter Van windshield. We stopped there around 3 on Tuesday and were greeted immediately. The team ordered the windshield for installation the next morning, steered us toward a great campground within walking distance of downtown, and had us on the road by 10:30 Wednesday. HEY, KLAMATH COUNTY: This is a review of Cook's Glass near Dairy Queen. Since I moved into this house 6-1/2 years ago, I have had to replace the balances in almost every window. At first, I got them from the company for free. Then that company went out of business. So, I went to Cook's a couple years ago and bought a set of balances for another window that that given out. I put them in -- no problem. Since I have lived here, I had an 84" counter supported by a cabinet on each end. This was right in front of my office window - a big, deep window. That was the only place it would fit. I was not able to get to that window to clean it or do anything else with it. I finally got rid of the counter a couple weeks ago, made a window seat that can sit in there, but small enough to move. Once the counter was gone, I could see the string of one of the balances hanging out the bottom. Friday, I pulled out that balance and went over to Cook's to get a set of replacements. I decided to install them today. I flipped out the metal tab and opened the window and the other balance came down but I couldn't get it out and I couldn't get the window out, either. I called Cook's and asked if there was some trick I didn't know or may have forgotten. Ray told me the way to do it, and I said that was how it did it. He recalled that I lived near Homedale and Harlan. He asked me to hold on a minute. He came back and said he would come over and do it. He was here within a few minutes. The window came out for him and then he installed my new balances. Hurray! I love Cook's Glass. read more

I brought my car to Cook's on Dec. 15th and they informed me, I needed a part for my window. I was told I had to pay half the cost of the repair upfront, so I did. After several failed promises, the part was ready to be installed 32 days later. I received a call, the problem is not fixed, but i still owe the remaining half of the bill. I received the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. In fact, this is the very first time I have reviewed a company ever in my life. read more
