Travelling across America and drove into Oregon in the middle of a fire where everyone was being evacuated where we were driving. Had to make a hurried U turn and busted out my back window on my Ford F350. No good. The next day I drove to Ford in Klamath Falls and they recommended Epic. Made a tentative appointment and then spoke to David the next day. He assured me part delivery on Friday and same day install. I was kept apprised of the work and had it back in 3 hours. The owner threw in the tint because of circumstances. Great place. Great Service and excellent work. Good business people and good human beings. Thanks Epic! read more

I brought and old Porsche in to get the windows tinted and installed. They said it was something they can do... Apparently it wasn't and upon picking up the vehicle a week later the chrome molding around the front and rear window was not installed correctly. Leaving huge gaps for water to get in and eventually the glass to pop out in there parking lot. Not satisfied I went back in and asked for them to install it properly. The owner "Travis" came out and claimed I brought it in that way. An argument broke out and led to them spending an extra 2 weeks reinstalling the glass and molding. When I went to pick it up a second time, the molding was installed better but I noticed it and the fresh paint job was very scratched, dried-up food was spotted on the roof and inside of the car, panels were broken, and the drivers side window crank was broken and stripped... They refused the damage which cost over $1000 to get replaced and fixed. This was a customers car non the least and by far the worst part on this fresh restoration. I am ashamed to have it shown because of the work. It only jeopardizes my own business. If i could give them a half star rating I would. I don't recommend this place. read more

This place is a joke. My son went there to get a warranty claims on his back window and they did not replace the tint. They tried cutting it at the top but only screwed it up worse. There are still bubbles in it and it's cut crooked. Then they told him he's a lier and that he did not have it done there. This is a small town word travels fast. Had trouble getting my vehicles tinted at other places in town; a certain one was booked well into the next month. The honest owner at "Adrians", explained where they also do great work...He recommended "Epic-Glass", also in town. Went there, talked with a nice girl (Dannie) on staff, who was helpful and professional. She said they could get me in the very next day! Sweet! A few dollars more than "Adrians", but I wasn't complaining, beside I just needed to get it done ASAP, but wasn't going to forego quality either. I'am glad we did! Plus the owner (Travis) even agreed to drive me home (8 miles one way) and pick me up when finished! I mean who does that these days? Not too many, but another benefit of living in Klamath, we're finding out. The truck came out excellent! Very happy! Going to take our car to them next, and will recommend them to any who asks! Sub-zero weather made a little ding in my windshield grow two feet in thirty minutes. With more cold in the forecast, I was terrified with what it would look like in a week. Travis took a look at it and explained to me the layers of the windshield and that it wasn't going to fall in on me. Even better, though, he had my model of windshield in stock and was able to get it replaced the same day. In under two hours I was in and out and stress free. I'd never call anyone else. read more

I'm told "first come, first served". I dropped my truck off early and waited for them to unlock the doors, I was first in the parking lot, first in the door, first checked in. I'm still waiting for my truck to get worked on but I've seen 2 others come in and out while waiting. Certainly not first come first served. We are on Vacation from the I.E. when long behold a piece of gravel was rocketed into our windshield like a baseball to a bat. CRACK... Since we are not from around here I was skeptical about getting it fixed however I am glad we did. Travis, you are awesome! My husband had my windows tinted for me by Epic Glass. I am extremely happy. A quality job done for a reasonable price. I'd never had tints before but I expect I'm spoiled for life now.
