This church has 3 morning worships. First one is at 8:30, then 9:45 and the last is at 11:00 am on Sunday morning. They have a Wednesday night fellowship supper that starts at 5 pm. There is a small reasonable charge for the dinner but it has awards as the food is good. They have free coffee here just before your morning worship that you choose. It's located on the left just as you come in. First Baptist Cleveland also has some benefits like a library, day care, and connect groups. I have no problem in parking. They even have carts to pick you up to take you to the front door. I prefer to walk though as this is not for me. They have a swimming pool that is across the street too. The service was very inspiring along with a great church band and choir. Two lead singers in this group out front really caught my attention as they had special voices that are without a doubt- gifted. The preacher is honestly one of the best I have seen among all Baptist Churches. After all, this church is on TV. He always gives a great sermon.

I enjoyed how much scripture was taught and cross referenced by the pastor. The music is contemporary and was well planned to go with the teachings and it started services and ended services which I loved. The greeting on our way up the drive was nice - a sweet couple keeping dry and warm standing at the trunk of their car under their tailgate. And again in the parking lot, which was pretty full! The kids ministry was friendly and understanding of those wanting to keep their kids with them. They were introducing quite a few new deacons for their church this morning and it was wonderful to see and hear how their leadership is taught to serve. Jesus was the center, the heart, and the message for the whole visit. We will be back the next time we're in town.

Our girls love and look forward every week to the Kidz Zone where they learn about God through fun activities and interaction with other children. My husband and I love the pastor's down to earth preaching / teaching and his focus on being disciples. We also love the worship team whose musical talents bring praise to a new level. We also love the events and opportunities to be part of the community, especially the Lifegroup concept which brings us into fellowship and Bible study each week with families like ours.

Worship was amazing! Preaching was well thought out. A clear message that was easy to understand. Overall I thought is was great. Two things I think could have improved my experience. 1. Other than when they asked people to turn and greet people, I was not spoken to by anyone. 2. I didn't see anything directing me to the visitor parking until I had parked and was walking to the door. Maybe they have signs but I didn't see anything directing. I know this is nitpicking but I hate generic reviews and have worked with several churches to improve things like this. I am not from the area or I would say "I'll be back". If I do make it back to this area I will come back. They seem to have lots of outreaches to their community and probably easy for parishioners to invite their friends and neighbors. Great job, guys!
