I enjoyed how much scripture was taught and cross referenced by the pastor. The music is contemporary and was well planned to go with the teachings and it started services and ended services which I loved. The greeting on our way up the drive was nice - a sweet couple keeping dry and warm standing at the trunk of their car under their tailgate. And again in the parking lot, which was pretty full! The kids ministry was friendly and understanding of those wanting to keep their kids with them. They were introducing quite a few new deacons for their church this morning and it was wonderful to see and hear how their leadership is taught to serve. Jesus was the center, the heart, and the message for the whole visit. We will be back the next time we're in town.

My husband and I love the pastor's down to earth preaching / teaching and his focus on being disciples. We also love the worship team whose musical talents bring praise to a new level. We also love the events and opportunities to be part of the community, especially the Lifegroup concept which brings us into fellowship and Bible study each week with families like ours.

We brought 3 of our 4 sons to the Ridge Kidz area and were impressed with the clean and organized systems and protocols, competent workers, and fun Biblical murals on the walls! Our oldest son attended the service with my husband and I and we absolutely LOVED the entire service. The worship was moving, the sermon was practical and left us with truths to take home. We walked the cemetery looking for connections to her family from many years ago. She found her family name quite often as well as other surnames she knows are part of her heritage. They don't accept all Christians that don't fit into their mold (i.e. Catholic). The curriculum (Bob Jones University) is not founded in Truth and teaches unfounded fallacies about Catholicism saying Catholics are demonic. They teach the Earth is 7k years old, despite Science proving otherwise. The kids used racial slurs constantly and a girl pulled my hair, tripped me, another pushed her desk into my chair, and others would just stare at me creepily. Another threw something at me, another showed a YouTube video in class to somehow make fun of me. The teacher did very little to stop it and the Administrator did NOTHING. The boys were relentless in name calling and the Administrator, Mrs. Pierce's response, instead of addressing it, claimed they bullied me because they liked me. When I went to her about the girls, she'd respond "Oh I don't believe that, she's so sweet." I felt unsafe and uncomfortable almost every day. Many of the kids cuss and talk inappropriately. The Administrator, Mrs. Pierce, in my opinion, plays favorites and also breaks the rules by communicating with students via text without including parents. A girl on my bus bragged about it constantly. The families who donate a lot of money and the families that have been there since the start get a pass on bad behavior & are definitely put on a pedestal. The campus is beautiful but that's it. Many of the adults and teachers, if they weren't nice in the beginning of the year, grew kind as they got to know me. For the most part, I feel the students are bigoted, and racist bullies that don't know how to act Christian. Don't waste your money at this school.

Enrolled since August 2023, NGCA has not only lived up to our expectations but has surpassed them. NGCA's administrative staff, teachers and others who work there who we have met are loving and kind with God at the center of all they do. The curriculum and materials used are top quality and activities are well done and meaningful. Our girls terribly missed their old school at first but quickly fell in love with NGCA. We highly recommend the school to all who want the very best God-centered learning and environment for their children.
