We had set expectations with them both and they insured us that we would not be disappointed. I am not an easy person to deal with and the responsiveness and professionalism they had given us was exceptional. Since our wedding I have recommended them for every type of project to friends and family and even people I may have just met and I do this because I have the upmost confidence that they would approach it with the same great attitude they do all their other projects. Hired Marshall Media to produce a reality TV episode for my non-profit. Paid $18,500 in full under…read morea signed contract. The rough draft was delivered 12 days late. The final episode was 26 days late. Three social media reels included in the contract were never delivered. Important content was omitted from the episode without my approval, and when I raised the issue, the producer offered a free episode to make up for it -- then came back and demanded $5,000 for that same episode. Meanwhile I was pitched a $20,000/month marketing campaign while basic deliverables remained outstanding. I paid everything I owed. I did not receive everything I was promised. I've since sent formal written notice of breach. If you're considering working with this company, make sure you have strong contractual protections and document everything.
