The final episode was 26 days late. Three social media reels included in the contract were never delivered. Important content was omitted from the episode without my approval, and when I raised the issue, the producer offered a free episode to make up for it -- then came back and demanded $5,000 for that same episode. Meanwhile I was pitched a $20,000/month marketing campaign while basic deliverables remained outstanding. I paid everything I owed. I did not receive everything I was promised. I've since sent formal written notice of breach. If you're considering working with this company, make sure you have strong contractual protections and document everything.
