This place by far is the worst one I've ever did business with. I bought a unit here and it quit in less than a week and they won't do anything I even called factory and they said that they should replace the first one and anything else has to go through factory. But they refused to do that knowing they weren't going to be out any $ or even short a product. But I definitely will never go back in the doors of this place even if they would have free ejuice. Great choice of ejuice (only reason for two stars) but I would HIGHLY discourage buying equipment from Cool Breeze. After spending hundreds of dollars my mod broke after just one month. The employees didn't seem to care in the slightest. No warranty. No replacement. But they said they could try to fix it in two days. Two weeks later and they hadn't even touched it but offered a discount on yet another product. Absolutely infuriated with my service and I will be taking my business to Vapor Bank or TKO from now on. I don't smoke or vape but my wife is a long time smoker making the switch. She is homebound so I'm getting the supplies for her. So far this is the only store I've been to. I don't know anything about this product therefore I have to rely on the staff for information. Things I like: the store is clean, bright and airy. They seem to have a large selection of products and a fairly knowledgable staff. Things I don't like: Their no returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason policy. I bought the "starter kit" which seemed reasonably priced (as I haven't yet shopped around), but the small barrel was a pain to fill. I went back and bought the next barrel size up, which worked on the same size battery. That was OK for a while, but my wife has managed to somehow cross thread the connector. This is very easy to do as it is quite small small at less than 1/4". Now the battery won't attach to the charger or the barrel. We've had this less than a month. Because of the store policy, we're out the cost of the starter kit and the extra barrel. Not their fault of course, but stores with great customer service try to at least meet the customer part way. I'm going to add here, that there seems to be an overall attitude of "I don't care" at this particular store. Everyone has a bad day so maybe it's just me, but it seems to be that way each visit (about 4 or 5 times now). They don't accept checks. I realize some businesses do not, but I'd rather pay by cash or check than credit card. On my first visit I asked for a brochure so my wife could see what products they have, but was told they don't have any because there's government controversy about how safe these things are. This sounded like complete BS to me as a former ad man whose spent years working on smokeless tobacco accounts. So the bottom line, now that my wife is needing a new eCig setup, I'll be shopping around. Maybe I'll come back, maybe I won't. read more

They will give you smaller bottles of juice than what you ask for. I can not for the life of me seem to be able to purchase 120ml bottles of Sinfully Delicious without them fucking me over and sending 30ml bottles. They did it right the first time, but apparently they got hit in the head so hard they can't hear properly. Will not do business with this company again. You are better off going elsewhere. The juice is amazing, they just try and gouge all the money they can out of you. read more
