    Ordered flowers online for delivery for a birthday. The day of delivery, Zeidler's called me to say…read morethe address did not exist. I said I have had them deliver to this particular address many times. Turns out, they had some digits crossed. No big deal. The delivery person was in the subdivision and would make the delivery. Fine....Until it wasn't. I had put in the "instructions" section to leave the flowers on the front porch by the bench. I left work and went to the house to retrieve the flowers, and they were surprisingly not there. When I called Zeidler's and asked where they were, they said they could not not deliver the flowers because no one was home! I knew the recipient would not be home when I ordered them. That's why I left the instructions for them to be left on the porch by the bench! They lady on the phone, "R", said they did not leave the flowers because it's too hot outside. Are you kidding me? Not Zeidler's decision to make! Pretty sure if I have to pay the price they want for the flowers, then I get to make the decisions, here. I asked why was I given the option to leave delivery instructions, if Zeidler's won't follow them? Furthermore, why didn't they call me THEN if they knew they were not going to deliver them? They called me about the address. Why not call me when they decided definitively NOT to deliver my order at all??? Instead I had to call Zeidler's to find out they were not delivering my order. What was the plan, then? Where were these flowers going? Ridiculous. I told them to give me my money back if they are not going to deliver them! They said they would. They better. Additionally, they called the would-be recipient about the flowers NOT being delivered. I can't believe I have to explain this, but seriously, you should not require the recipient's phone number to call THEM when there is a delivery issue! The flowers were a surprise for a birthday. Instead, what you surprised the recipient with is the fact that they are NOT having flowers delivered to them on their birthday! So, Happy Birthday!!! How stupid. I have used Zeidlers many times before, but never will again. What a ridiculous mess.

    I come in here often. Every week/every other and I usually have a decent experience (the reason for…read more3 stars). Even if someone doesn't fully know how to help me with what I'm trying to do, they're at least kind and attempt to help. So, in general, I like this location. However, I had an exceptionally terrible experience there this morning. I mean -5 stars awful. I was looking around for something that I have previously purchased here maybe 2 months ago. A girl named Melody was sitting at the desk kind of in the middle of the store and kindly asked if I was looking for something. I explained to her what I was looking for and that I remembered it being around these aisles on the very bottom right hand side. I wasn't able to explain the product as well as I wanted to because I couldn't remember the name of it. So, I pulled it up and showed her a photo of the box. To preface, I have been in customer service for 22 years so I have an understanding of what is acceptable/not acceptable when helping guests, ESPECIALLY polite and kind guests like I was. I showed her the photo and she abruptly said "Yeah, we don't have that here. I said, "Really? I just bought maybe 5 or 6 boxes from here" And this is how the rest of the conversation went.. "You didn't get it here." "I know for sure I got it here. I purchased it myself" "Maybe you had it shipped to store" "No, I didn't. I just happened upon them and picked some up" "When?" "Maybe 2 months ago" "I've been here since August and I'm telling you we've never had that. Here, I'll just look it up" "Oh, it looks like we do have it. It's in aisle 20whatever she said. We actually have 2 in stock" I was completely silent and we walked to the aisle and I started grabbing what I needed. I asked her for her name and she said Melody. Then I went silent again and she started *really* overcompensating awkwardly with attempting kindness after I asked her name. Saying things like, "Well, I'm so happy I know we have this now, this isn't my department, I have never seen these before, you might wanna grab all 3 boxes (instead of the 2 I needed)." Just really uncomfortably rambling because she knew how rude she just was to me. We are walking back and she is very insistent on helping me further. I asked for wood filler because I too feel uncomfortable now. She shows me, I thank her, and she asked if she could find anything else for me. I responded with "Absolutely not." and walked off, genuinely upset about being talked to with such poor attitude and accusatory behavior. Just rude as all get out. I've never called a manager to complain but I think I will. I was super dissatisfied with my entire trip except for the lady at the checkout line. Do better, Melody.

    I stopped by the West side store and they went out of their way to help me out. With them I was…read moreable to order the mini totes and I will be picking them up in the future. The young lady named Sam there was outstanding and made sure she took care of me. She was the best ever.
