When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. I went to the front desk for help and was told Fed Ex didn't print Excel files only PDF files. I asked why I wasnt told about this when I received my confirmation email from them saying my files were good to go. It would've had them changed to pdf and save me a unnecessary trip.
