I was looking around to get a unique print job done and after looking at a few quotes from businesses in my area, I happened to mention to a friend that I was feeling ripped off. Being from San Diego -since I'm way up in Seattle - I didn't think he'd have any sort of recommendation for me but he actually did! I emailed this business based off his recommendation and was told that they do great work for even better prices. Within minutes I got an email back with a quote that was insanely reasonable. I called them on the phone, handed over my payment info, and the print job is already on its way to Seattle. The man I spoke with (Aaron?) was super friendly and really thorough. He sent me a quote, an image of what the job is supposed to look like when complete, an estimated time frame of delivery, and then finally a bill. Super duper easy. Even with the cost of shipping I saved time and money. These are now my go-to guys. read more

Unbelievable! The worst. I should have known better when I called on Friday and no one got back to me until late afternoon Monday. Let It Ride Design avoided speaking with me over the phone, only emailed through the entire process. I expect more. I am not on email 24/7 but I do take phone calls like a normal business person! And I needed a quick turnaround. Why send an email & wait when you had my contact information, could have called and gotten an answer and moved on with the process. Brittany's email asked what I wanted it printed on, I responded. Sent over artwork. The "art department" was to add to the artwork I already had for a $35 charge. Brittany even emailed me at one point and said if they didn't have a response by a certain time, they would not be able to fulfill the job. REALLY? Rocket scientist. This made me laugh for had she called I could have answered her. So I was ready to move on to another print company. Suddenly, she could make it work. Amazing. After several days, I was called to pick up the $70 tank top (WHAT?) $35 for tank, $35 for art...The tank wasn't the one I requested. The artwork was shoddy at best and when the print stretched out over the tank, it was illegible. DTG on a ribbed tank, which is like if I took my HP LaserJet to it. I asked for screen print. This should have been done right. A call to the customer or a discussion of garment, print, something. I would never pass something like this off to a customer! I explained this was unacceptable. I got a canned response of read the disclaimer. No customer service. Aaron writes me countering every complaint with sorry, I don't see the problem... Yeah, I guess you wouldn't but I do & won't be recommending you to anyone. And BTW, this place is disgusting, why no one else speaks of how dirty and disgusting this office is is beyond me. July 15 2013 Update: I had such a great experience with them for my gag gift that I decided to use them for my more professional needs in marketing my law practice. I had Aaron design some brochures for me. I tried using a cheap online place.... I failed miserably. Aaron was super great and reasonably priced! I should have went here first and saved myself the headache. They were great with the design - we must have went through at least 20 revisions. Aaron was quick and listened to all my requests. I couldn't be happier with them. I even stayed with them for the printing of my brochures. They are a one stop show and have all types of creative ideas! My job was a very small job - a screen printing on a pair of boxers for a valentines day gift. Brittany was always in constant contact with me. My company found Let It Ride Design on Yelp and because we know how awesome our fellow Yelpers are we decided to give them a call to see what their company could do. Man are we happy we did! Let It Ride Design has been nothing short of AMAZING! Aaron always has the best ideas to update our companies designs. They have updated our coffee mugs we give to clients as well as designed great pint glasses, door hangers, pens, and our signs we put outside clients homes. Ya, they did ALL of those products. Seriously. If you have a product you want to put your company logo on Let It Ride Design will figure out a way! What is great about them is they design amazing products and will steer you away from anything that is going to look cheesy or like a cheap piece of crap. If what you want to do is going to look like crap they will tell you... in the most polite and professional way of course haha. They will then give you ideas of how to keep a similar idea but just make it look 10x's better. SO AWESOME. I know so many companies out there would gladly take our design and just print it as is. I feel compelled to address the author of the one and only 1-star review of this company given the borderline libelous allegation regarding theft of her design for purposes of profit; quite an irresponsible accusation to make based upon, what I can determine from the review, only one phone call with the company. I think this individual is mistaken...not one written word explains or even comes close to describing my experiences with the business practices of Let It Ride Design. Regardless I hope she got her shirts done and was happy with the result (interestingly she has not written a review on any other printing biz). Every person is entitled to their own opinion...that being said, here is mine: This company has quoted, designed and completed two projects for me: My first experience with Let It Ride was when I contacted them about printing letterhead and envelopes for the law firm of which I work. Their quote was significantly lower than our previous provider and upon completion of the order; the final price was identical to the original quote. Further, they improved upon the original design and provided various mock-ups for my review and opinion. They were incredibly patient as I requested minor changes such as spacing, margins and font. Upon my confirmation that the design was acceptable and in final form, it took less than two weeks for delivery. The paper quality was exceptional and the design was exactly as expected as was the invoice (not one hidden or additional fee). The second job I entrusted them with was designing and printing t-shirts for my soccer team. The team wanted some good-quality, sport-conducive t-shirts with our team name and some sort of soccer-related logo. Although our design specifications were fairly ambiguous (i.e. "soccer-related"), the Let It Ride Design team took the general specifications I provided, basically color preference and logo placement, and produced a very impressive graphic which was not only related to soccer, but also incorporated the essence of our team name. Once again, the very reasonable quoted estimate became the final price and, just as consistently as the first job, the staff was incredibly patient with me as I teetered regarding color, font and placement of the print and design. The shirts were delivered much sooner than expected and my whole team was incredibly impressed, not only with the perfect printing job, but most importantly with the quality of the shirts. My team proudly wears the shirts made by Let It Ride Design on a weekly basis as they are comfortable, unique and epitomize our team spirit! From inception to completion of both jobs done, Let It Ride Design was professional and accommodating with friendly and helpful staff plus final product that impressed me to no end. BONUS: the Let It Ride Design team is comprised of the creators of Frightening Lightening, one of the best Chargers fan clubs to date in my opinion! Every season Let It Ride Design puts out various Frightening Lightening t-shirt designs that are exceptional with incredibly creative concepts and intricate details; every Charger fan should be proud to rock these shirts! I never comment on Yelp, but I specifically made an account just to post how pleased I was with Let It Ride. I have a small business and I need to get shirts printed up for freebies at conventions from time to time. I tried a few different printing companies, it seemed like my options were always "spend a ton of money and get something good or get something in your budget that sucks." It was infuriating! As a result of this- there are hundreds of my shirts sitting in people's drawers that aren't even good enough to wear on laundry day. I could not bear to print up one more terrible batch of shirts. A friend of mine suggested Let It Ride - I sent an email and and explained my situation to Aaron . I was expected a standard email back with a link to a bunch of prices, like usual- but I was wrong! He actually got back to me with so many different options that were in my budget with the quality I desired. He even made a few tweaks to my logo so it looked nicer on the shirt! He really helped guide me into making the right decision. The shirts look amazing- and truly professional ! I placed the order pretty last minute, and everything arrived just in time. Aaron is the best. I've talked to him over the years, ambiguously thinking about having banners and stickers and shirts made for my site, but not really sure I was committed to my logo. I had ordered 1000 cards from overnight prints that looked like shit (my own design fault) so when I finally got rid of the old ones and needed new ones, I needed someone I could trust to make them right. The business logo has too many colors for silk screen so I had them made using "DTG" process. I've had t shirts made in the past using this process and they last. Brittany was great to work with. Quality of work is great, price is fine. I really like the t shirts and will be buying some more in a different color. I really, really wanted to like this business. I had such a simple project (scanning text from a birthday card, and printing it on a different sheet of paper)... A gift for my Mothers sisters - as my Mother recently passed away unexpectedly -- you can see this would be very meaningful to me. So being told they are not "set up for that kind of thing" is ridiculous to me. Maybe it was the fact that I didn't EXPLAIN it well enough in my Yelp messages. Well, I had to go that route as their business phone they have plastered all over yelp & their website doesn't even work. They are having 'phone issues" ....I messaged on yelp & supposedly they take an hour to reply. Well it's now two days later to tell me they aren't set up for that type of work. Scanning? Printing?
