This was $150 for two hours, 20 people, two rounds of golf for 10 of them. That's a great deal, considering that's about the price just for the golf, and the kids had a blast. And as a parent, it was pretty fun too. Staff were superb, helping us set up and clean up. Communication was great start to finish; I stopped in to check it out, scheduled online, got a call a week before to finalize, and had great help that day. The place looks small from the outside, and is not huge, but the small party room (there are two and can be combined) was plenty big enough. You can decorate but not with tape or nails, etc. There's a fridge in one of the small rooms, and a rack for food/supplies/presents, plus several tables. The birthday girl gets a lighted button, glow cup, pen, and a ticket for a free game next visit. There are 18 holes, and they were fun, for kids and adults. Everything is lit with blacklights, and there are "chargers" to amp up the ball glow. Disney music was playing, fun for the kids, and tolerable for the rest of us. I saw couples and groups of young adults playing too. They're moving into a bigger place over by the Little Caesar's at Agler and Stygler. Moving during May 2023 so closed, then opening in June. We'll definitely be there.

And I had just settled on the french provincial theme for my daughter's baptism. Ali met with me within a few days. We talked about my event and what I envisioned. It seemed in no time at all, she understood perfectly what I was looking for. We quickly started looking at pictures of what I liked. Ali started describing to me the pieces that she had that would work for my event. I was very excited. The only catch was that Ali was due to leave for a 3 week vacation the day after we met. How was I to make the various decisions that were needed? That's why I needed Ali in the first place. Well, Ali reassured me that she would be in touch with me while she was away and we would continue to work together to get done what was needed. Though, I may have to do some legwork in her absence. Ali provided me with contacts for event rentals, photographer and baker. I even sent her pictures of the event spaces I was considering and got her feedback as to which would work with my theme, her experience working with the particular vendor, etc. Upon her return and with one week until my daughter's event, Ali reached out to me and we decided on flowers. And when I say we, it was really Ali. I showed her pictures that I liked. She showed me a picture of an idea. I green-lighted. And she took it from there. She also worked directly with the site events manager to coordinate set up. It really was so easy to work with Ali. I trusted her ability to carry out my vision and her professionalism. With guests coming into town and working and keeping up with a 2 year old and 3 month old, I had enough on my plate. I'm so glad my trust and confidence were rewarded by an absolutely beautiful and spot-on realization of my vision. Had my wedding at Bendora Wedding in Worthington, Ohio. Patti was pleasant to work with before and…read moreduring the wedding itself, and the venue is a nice small space for an intimate ceremony. Unfortunately, the experience after booking and after the wedding became frustrating, and several important issues were never properly addressed. The first issue was with the package pricing. We only had two guests attending my mom and sister. We were told we had to book the next package tier because the smallest package did not allow guests, which cost about $200 more. During the wedding, Patty mentioned that because we only had two guests, we actually could have used the smaller package with just a small additional fee. However, when I followed up by email afterward asking about this, she denied ever saying that. That was disappointing and felt dishonest. The second major issue involved the photographer. Patti forgot to inform the photographer that we were scheduled, so the photographer arrived about 1.5 hours late. Because of this, many important pre-ceremony photos including dress photos, ring photos, and other moments getting ready had to be taken on a phone instead of professionally. We paid a significant amount for photography, so this was extremely frustrating. The delay also caused the rest of the session to feel rushed. Communication after the wedding was also poor. We were never given updates on when to expect our wedding photos, and I had to send multiple emails asking about them. I was repeatedly told the gallery had already been emailed to me, but nothing was ever received in my inbox or spam folder. It took almost two more weeks of back-and-forth before I finally received the link. Overall, while the venue itself is decent for a small wedding, the lack of communication, scheduling mistakes, and refusal to acknowledge concerns left a very negative impression. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way these issues were handled afterward is why I cannot recommend this venue. There are many better options for couples planning a smaller-budget wedding.
