This is without a doubt the best vape store in Dothan. I have used several. They are top notch in the products they carry. With that being said The customer service is beyond compare to any other shop in the Wiregrass Area Before I found Cool Vapors I would have to go from shop to shop looking for the items that I needed. Those days are over... To yet they have had every thing I've needed in Stock!! That means everything to me. Before I was going from shop to shop. I recommend Cool Vapors to all you vapers out there, I'm without a doubt sure that you won't be disappointed. Well that is if there's any vapers out there who don't use them already. That wouldn't surprise me if there's none because they are the BEST IN THE WIREGRASS AREA! read more

I couldn't ask for better customer service, knowledge, juice and choices on vaping. I have been coming here for about 9 months and not once have I had anything other than an incredible experience. These guys rock. They are patient with me, never rushing me out the door and always willing to answer my myriad of questions. I'm "that" girl too, the one that's always breaking, banging and changing juices-- No matter my indecisivness, they are always good to me. Regardless of how many times I bend, break a glass tank, or ask them to try a new juice- they are patient, kind and willing to extend a hand. Kudos to the best customer service and product knowledge in town. read more

Started out with cool vapors in Panama city and so thankful they have stores here in dothan! They have always been super helpful even though sometimes I have no clue what I'm doing and usually in a rush I'm always taken care of and always will be a customer! read more

I went in yesterday for juice and a coil and when I got home it was working and before I went to bed it started to not work and say no atomizer I've never had this happen before and my last coil was working fine plus the resistance was super high this is absolutely ridiculous that this has happened. the other time I went there and asked for a specific coil for flacons and they gave me the completely wrong coils I asked for so now I have to go to the vape store in a few hrs when I live kinda far away to do so in the first place so now I'm really mad I can't even vape so this will be the last time I go to that vape store

I will begin with service - 0 would not be a low enough rating. evidently despite the fact I have visited from out of state ( PA) one to three times a year and spending between $200 - $3200 each visit I do not 'look' like their type of customer. I have never been treated as consistently badly. this time ( my last time) - I saw the merchandise had gotten even lower scale than ever. very little to purchase. However, I was purchasing a piece of smaller furniture for a garden display. - long story short after treating me like garbage and making me wait beyond ( a half hour beyond) my turn they finally managed to ring me up. It took an hour 15 minutes to purchase an item at the posted discount. i am a 70 year old woman with a toddler and could carry the item myself. In addition (Once again) - the woman behind the counter failed to pack all the items I paid for!!! which I discovered when 130 miles away - too late to turn back. -adding insult to injury the staff acted like I was a thief or undesirable. This stunned me because far more upscale shops remember me and welcome my presence. I do not believe ladies ever treat an older customer who has purchased from them over the years in the way I have endured. I'm tired of excusing the shoddy behavior, lack of service and routine failure to pack what I purchase. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this deteriorating standards of merchandise establishment. I will travel to other areas in the future and so should you. I have been in the business as a decorator and dealer and this place and it's desperate shabby ( in the worst way) merch and shoddy repro heavy merchandising sets a record for unpleasant and unprofessional.

When you first walk in you feel as if you're walking up to someone's cute little house in the south. It has a large porch area with chairs out front. Then when you step inside it's massive! I walked through room after room with different themes and color schemes. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I could shop in there for hours. I will say they are a bit on the higher side in price, but they have many markdowns around the store and their items are quality pieces from the best furniture warehouses in the US. This is not one of those bargain places to buy cute furniture that breaks in a month, this place has sturdy and beautiful pieces. I actually sat down and felt the weight of some of these objects. Since I most likely won't be back in this part of town, they gave me a printout of all the designers and warehouses they order from to get pieces shipped to me, so that was awesome.
