Although, that offer fell through we put another offer in on our home only a few days later. Throughout the whole process Pavleta was very responsive, answered all my questions (and I had a ton since we have never bought a home or any other property before) and gave us the confidence we needed to take one of the biggest steps of our lives! In addition to Pavleta's obvious real estate knowledge and experience, she also referred a rock star home inspector and lending agent which made the process even easier. (I've heard so many horror stories!!) We ended up buying a beautiful home, just what we were looking for and one I never thought we would ever own. Aja and Acacia were such a great team. They were always available and very flexible with scheduling viewings for homes. Because the market is very crazy right now, whenever we did offers, we did them within a day after viewing. Aja and Acacia were always very quick with creating offers. They also always contacted the sellers's agents so that all our offers are competitive. It took me 3 months to finally buy a condo, and in the middle of it I decided to not look as hard because the process was frustrating and all the condos I were interested in were selling for more than I can afford. Aja and Acacia were very patient with me and allowed me to destress for a little bit. During that time of not looking as hard was actually when I had my offer for a condo accepted! In terms of communication, Aja was always very responsive. She always responded to all my texts and always scheduled calls when it's most convenient for me.
